  1. I think I am going to go with fireworks and salsa dancers. I'm still not sold on the fire dancers idea. LOL. Natasha do the salsa dancers teach your guests how to dance at the reception? I'm not quite sure what their services are. I would like to get dancers that would maybe dance with each other for a song and then interact and dance with my guests. Do they do this? -Glenda
  2. Christine these look great! Good job! They do not look cheap at all, they look so good . -Glenda
  3. Your wedding looked stunning! I love the red flowers in your hair. And your train is gorgeous. All that red looked so vibrant with the background. I am so happy that you had a wonderful wedding. Congratulations! You and your husband look very much in love. -Glenda
  4. Damn it I had an idea for the Muzzafoos wedding and I lost it b/c I'm high off cough syrup. Arrrgh! Ok it will come back to me, it has too! -Glenda
  5. I have no clue. I guess I will have to figure all that out at a later time. -Glenda
  6. Wow $200 is a lot to spend on a boquet. But hopefully that place can get you a better price. I don't see why it should be so expensive if it's just a bunch of petals placed over the flowers. Uggh flowers are so expensive. I am thinking of just using silk flowers, but I don't know how I would get them to Mexico. -Glenda
  7. Honestly I think red would look stunning. I wonder if they are expensive... -Glenda
  8. Anny that is so pretty and different. What color would you do red to match the BM's sashes or would you do a different color? -Glenda
  9. Trish! Let us know how we can help. -Glenda
  10. I honestly have no idea. Maybe ask Edyta or Tammy M how much they are donating since they are getting married in Churches (even though it is in Cabo, it will at least give you an idea). This is why I am going to get married in a church in NY before I leave. It will make it easier, even though I know here it is about $800 total (no decor) and we have to do precanor. -Glenda
  11. Oooh Sarah those are so cute. I love the luggage tags. Isn't Anny great? -Glenda
  12. I would love nothing more than to do that. Maybe I should just move to Cabo and help other girls with their weddings. Why is wedding planning fun when it's being done for other people but not when it's for yourself? BTW Sarah I love the babyboll dresses, that's the one I voted for! -Glenda
  13. You are not late in planning. As you will learn her with a little patience everything can be done! I have never been to Hawaii but it sounds absolutely beautiful. Good luck with the planning and let us know how we can help. -Glenda
  14. Sherri, I love the website you gave me. I really like the one with the palm trees. Which one did you end up getting? Did you get them already? Did you like them? Do you have any idea how much the palm tree ones cost? -Glenda
  15. Can you imagine if you see one of these at your wedding? If you like I can wear a tight suit that connotes "bitchiness" and I can wear a headset on my head and make sure your wedding goes exactly as you like. I'll kick out any stragglers for you. I'm officially a -Glenda

  17. I wish I knew the proper etiquette for this but I don't. I know that technically when you write "Mr. & Mrs. X" they are supposed to get the hint that only they are invited and not their children (whereas if their kids were invited you would write "X Family". But I am spanish and I was told by my parents that my spanish family wouldn't pick up on this and that most spanish people will assume everyone is invited including every third cousin they know regardless of what you specify. So if your guests are anything like mine I guess you should specify that no kids are allowed. -Glenda
  18. Ok I have more questions: 1. How much do salsa dancers cost? 2. How much do fire dancers cost? 3. For the girls who got married/are getting married at Dreams how long is the reception? 4. This question is specifically for Rebecca. I noticed that at your ceremony you had pretty vines and flowers around the gazebo. How much did that cost you if you don't mind my asking? Also, how much did the flower petals that your flower girl had cost you? 5. Did you guys tip people at the end and if so who? Whooo had to get all those questions off my chest. Thanks for the help guys. -Glenda
  19. Thank you so much I was wondering where I could get all this stuff. One less thing to have to research. Thanks! -Glenda

Doesn't it take great stress of your back to just have the location picked? -Glenda
  21. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and make a different kind of recommendation. What about renting a small villa/home and having your reception there. Casa Mirador - Corridor, Cabo San Lucas Luxury Villa Rental This one rents for $700 per night and sleeps 11 guests. This could work for you since most of your guests are going to use their timeshare anyway. It is private and while I am not sure if this has access to the beach, if it does it would be completely private. And I would recommend not using a WC so that you can save money and just do all your research on this forum and on the Internet. Just a thought. -Glenda
