Yeah that's what most of us want too. We want something that our guests can use to take to the pool and/or beach. I almost bought ones that were too small so just be careful when you look at the dimensions so you know exactly what your getting. -Glenda

I haven't purchase mine yet so I don't know what size I'm going to be using. But I do know that some of the girls purchased canvas bags and they ended up being the size of a sheet of looseleaf paper so make sure they are not too small. (Unless you want them small of course). -Glenda

No I've never been there before. But I have friends who went that rant and rave about it (and they are picky so that must mean it's really nice). Don't worry about your location it is going to be amazing! Everytime I look at pics I want to go there right now. I would have done it here but I figured I would need to invite children so that option was out. But you are going to have a great and beautiful wedding. So you should def not regret or question your decision. -Glenda

Since a lot of brides have mentioned that they used their mariachis for the ceremony I would use them for the church and then have them travel back to the resort but keep in mind that it is not so traditional to have mariachis for the ceremony in a church. It may be a bit much. Could you play a cd at the church? To save you money? B/c it will probably still cost you a lot of money to transport the mariachis back to the hotel. Maybe you should do the trio for the church if you really want live music (although to be honest it seems like a waste of money since you have to book them for an hour and they will not be performing for an hour.) and then have the DJ play the cocktail hour. If you don't care about live music at the church then I would play a CD with whatever songs you want at the church, get the mariachis for the cocktail hour and the DJ for the reception. But that's just what I would do personally. -Glenda

I'm going to start looking for some for you. Is your hair curly or straight? If you hair is curly do you want to straighten it? Do you want to add some extensions or do you want to keep it short? If you decide to keep it short I have seen some brides wear a nice diamond looking headband that is attached to their veil and looks gorgeous. I have also seen girls with short hair slick their hair back and then add a hairpiece such as a bun or a coiled braid. That would look really pretty too depending on what look your going for. Anny you are not cutting your hair!!! Just try getting your hair down a few different ways and if you don't like updos, then try half up, half down. That usually looks good on a lot of people. -Glenda

Tammy I am also using Juan and I decided to get the coffee table book. It is costing me $2,200 extra just for the book which is a lot of money but I really want it. I didn't think I was going to get it but I figured this is the nice thing I will have from my wedding. I will buy a cheaper dress or something to even it out. I love pics and my FI and I really wanted to have this. -Glenda

I know I thought about the same thing. The palm leaf bags look classier but they can't really be used for the pool. So it makes more sense to get these for the guests to use at the pool. But my friends are such snobs they will probably think these are cheesy. LOL. Oh well it's a vaca for heavens sake suck it up and enjoy the flip-flop bag. -Glenda
