  1. Doughnuts are my weakness and ever since my glucose test results came back normal I have been a mad woman about them...gotta stop or I will gain 60 lbs with this baby.
  2. that's awful, I thought that ticketmaster blocked people from buying so many tickets at once, they shouldn't allow that, no wonder why DH and I can never get tickets to anything anymore.
  3. isn't that what happened with that Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus chick? Glenda if I get tickets you can come with me, come to DC for the weekend and we'll go to the show...or Ainsleigh and I will pack her new suitcase and come see you! My brother and brother in law can babysit and we can go "hang tough"

  6. Jamy I have to say when I read the article and they said they released their first album 20 years ago I suddenly felt so old.
  7. when is your wedding? I think their associate Vincent might be a way to go if you want to get ahold of them? If they are not answering e-mails chances are they won't be signing on here.
  8. I went to their concert too, and my DH and I pick a concert every summer, he got last summer so its my turn and Rascall Flatts always sells out so guess what if they are coming here, we will be going!!
  9. I would encourage your guests to get one anyone, just to be on the safe side. Plus a lot of places are offering cool perks for being the first place to stamp your passport, my DH and I got a free couples massage at our resort during our honeymoon, it was great.
  10. well that doesn't surprise me at all.
  11. now if you knew what NKOTB meant you were a true fan!!! New Kids on the Block to reunite - TODAY Concerts - MSNBC.com New Kids on the Block to reunite Band will perform first live concert since 1994 on the TODAY Show plaza By Mike Celizic TODAY updated 32 minutes ago They’re no longer kids, and the block they’ll be on is actually Rockefeller Plaza. But for the first time in 14 years, the New Kids on the Block will be reunited Friday on TODAY. The band will return to TODAY on May 16 to perform their first live concert since 1994 as part of TODAY’s summer concert series on the Plaza. The reunion comes 22 years after the band was formed in Boston and 20 years after the debut of their breakthrough album, “Hanging Tough,†rocketed Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood and Jordan and Jonathan Knight to stardom. Over the next six years, they sold more than 70 million albums and made hundreds of millions of dollars. Wahlberg said he was persuaded to get back together with his former bandmates — Joey McIntyre, brothers Jordan and Jonathan Knight and Danny Wood — when they decided to record new music. Wahlberg said he wrote 80 percent of the new material with McIntyre and Jordan Knight. “I had no interest going out on a nostalgia tour and singing the same material,†said Wahlberg, 38. But, he added: “We absolutely will do the old songs for sure.†Producer Maurice Starr formed the group in Boston in the 1980s, hoping to re-create the success he had with another teen group from Boston, New Edition. At the height of their popularity, New Kids sold out world tours, marketed millions of dollars in merchandise and spawned a Saturday morning cartoon. No longer boys and with their music fallen out of favor, the group disbanded in 1994 and its members scattered off to separate careers. Jonathan Knight went into real estate; his brother Jordan continued a solo singing career and had a platinum single, “Give It to You.†McIntyre also went solo and got into acting, landing a regular role on “Boston Public†and taking a turn on “Dancing with the Stars.†Wood went back to Boston, started a record label, and continued to sing. Wahlberg became an actor, a career path that had been blazed by his brother Mark “Marky Mark†Wahlberg. The Associated Press contributed to this report.

I think I read before that Brad & Angelina donated the $$, not sure I don't think I would be complaining either, but then again I am not a celebrity with that kind of money. I do think Brad and Angelina donated the money, but I wonder what Cristina and Nicole Richie did with theirs?

  14. I don't know how often they get on anymore, do they have a phone number on their site for you to contact them, or in your contract there should be a way to contact thm.
  15. She got a nice new rock for "pushing" (well she had a c-section) but poor babies regular wedding ring doesn't fit. Apparently they spent some of the People Magazine money they got on it and will spend some of it on the babies room in the Puerto Rico Home. She got a $300,000 Canary Diamond-must be nice.
  16. Heidi, I hope you have a beautiful day and Reggie enjoy the day it goes by very quickly (oh and its okay to get a little teary eyed when you see Heidi)
  17. yes my BM's ordered some shirts from this place and they do run really small. but the stuff you ordered is super cute.
  18. Christa I dare you to send that exact e-mail to the mortgage broker...seriously.
  19. how fun, my brother in law has one and I used it over Christmas and was so scared to break it, but its very cool.
  20. wow it all looks amazing, glad you had fun.
  21. okay ladies, I am going to close this thread, mainly because I think we are all getting no where with this. Basically from what I gather from reading all the photogs posts here and other places...your photog should not bring more than 2 cameras (as Leigh said if they plan to someone else needs to carry some of them). You are not paying your photog in mexico and since you do not live in mexico as long as you follow the guidelines of your particular resort you should be fine. Photographers know their risk to traveling and working outside of the country and you should speak to your own photog.
  22. so basically a little more professional/higher end than a point and shoot, but not the kind of camera that the pro-photogs use right?
