    I have burgandy, so I guess that's a mix of purple and red and we are also using green. Thanks that was neat.

    I would talk to your friend first just to make sure she doesn't feel weird about it, but otherwise if you make sure it's not the exact same wedding, I think it would be fine.

    So my FI and I went through all this stationary last night, and decided that we actually like the programs we ordered for invites better. Sorry for the terrible photos, I guess I was not being a good photog. Where's Leigh when you need her.

    my mom agreed the girls would look better in little tiaras plus they can play princess for years to come.

    The lady just sent me these pics, what do you all think, this would be the cheapest option. I know one of the girls asked her mom if she was going to wear a tiara, but since I have such a variety of girls, a two year old up to a 5 year old, it might be difficult to even keep anything on their heads. Is are the rosie bands to much like what you would put on an infant little girl so that people know she's a girl?

    the only way the cup cakes look good is if they are set up on one of those tiered things.

    well then maybe she doesn't need to come, or she can bring her own take out. I think tarot cards and ordering something sounds like a blast. you can play all those silly games and you will have so much fun. as for your friend, she will realize she missed out on a lot of fun eventually but maybe she feels like your wedding and hers are somewhat competing and that can be really tough.

    my FI step-mom asked me last night about the weekend's events because she was worried about booking rooms, so I guess I need to get out everything sooner than later. I think I will send out everything except the formal invites in March.

    Ann, Tammy, and Sarah I am apparently quite the post whore also because I am now at 1700 posts...and on the top poster list on the main forum page. Ladies, I think its really important to welcome our newbies, but if you are having a hard time keeping up, try to at least post to those who only have a few responses, the ones that already have two pages probably have gotten their questions answered. That is what I try to do. Also when I see a lot of newbies, i just head to the newbies page and make sure I am at least posting to them. It's so exciting to have this problem isn't it!!!

    that does seem weird, I know people eat late on vacation but by the time you get dinner it will be 9 and what time is quiet time? do you have to be done by 10 or 11? that would be terrible. I would see if you can at least get 7 or 7:30.

    just an FYI I ordered some clothing from vickies a while back and their sizes run a little small. and their cotton items shrink really bad. I have some sweaters that I got that are fabulous and I love them so much.

    leigh my wedding is like 4 months before yours and your invites are going out before mine. I am waiting until after my sisters wedding, because I think it would be rude to send mine out before her wedding. okay now I feel like a bad bride.
