I highly recommend the Los Veranos Canopy tour. The tour itself is located in the small village of Los Veranos which is about 40 minutes by bus south of Vallarta. The ride itself down the coast is spectacular. I think Los Veranos has the most lines and possibly the longest and tallest. The guides are fun and professional. They also have a nice place by the river to enjoy lunch/drinks and you can hold a snake or tarantula if you're in the mood for that. I live in Vallarta and I consistently hear good things about this tour. I did it with my cousins and a friend in March and it was great! Christine Xinefoto Christine Vincent Photography

The great thing about Vallarta during the rainy season is that you get the most spectacular skies and sunsets because of the clouds. And as long as you have a Plan B for the rain, you will be happy.
