We have traveled a lot together so we are naming our tables after places we have been and we are putting a picture of us in that location on each table. For example, Table Galapagos, Table La Paz, Table Cape Cod, Table Hawaii... I have also been to a wedding where a friend had table numbers but on each numbered table was a double frame with a picture of her and her fiance of that age. For example, Table 1 (with pics of them at age 1), Table 2 (age 2), etc. It was so cute!!! It made everyone walk around to look at each table and the funny pictures.

Oh no, I am so sorry... As everyone else said - the price you were quoted is ridiculous!! Definitely get a few more opinions! I'll ask my sister if she knows anyone good in SD & PM you. My dress should be in in a few weeks and I am terrified to find out how much my alterations will be!

I was on a plane a few months ago with a girl that brought her dress with her. The flight attendants laid it in the overhead bin and it didn't seem to be a problem at all. Just count it as one of your carry-ons...

Leigh - I think they look GREAT! You don't need to add anything else - they are perfect! When you go to the post office, ask for 'hand cancelling' - this is to make sure they stamp them by hand and don't go thru the machine as Valerie suggested. You could always mail one to yourself and see how it comes back to you to check for breakage...

This is a great price & great idea too!! What is the expiration on yours?
