  1. I think Tammy's answers say it all.. in my case, the only thing I let the resort do was serve the food.. everything else I found it outside.. why? because I wanted to be in control of everything, the resort most of the time doesn't let you choose or doesn't give you options..
  2. I used julieta and she was awesome!!!! here's what she did at my wed
  3. We had maracas but the band came up with that.. I didn't ask for them but guests loved them

  5. Yeah I always give gifts even if we don't go to the wedding, and I've gotten more gifts from people that didn't come to our wedding than from people who did come.. OMG did Tammy get her pics from Juan

Your wedding looks like it was amazing, everything and everyone is beautiful, hope you enjoyed every second of it! Julieta my WC/florist got them.. in fact I was able to keep the after the wedding but I left them there 'cause it would be a PITA to travel with all of them
  7. Jaime the Mayan is gorgeous!!!! and I've already been to the Westin and is amazing too!!!
  8. Congratulations Sarah!!!! you'll be perfect as a mod!!

I heard they have Super Walmart and I think Costco (to get the snack food stuff) I have picked up some things but would rather get the rest there - we are going a day earlier than the guests. Any advice would be great - we're getting married the beginning of November - it's right around the corner. Yeah your wedding is around the corner now!!!! Are you having a catholic ceremony? I did OOT bags but I had to ship all the stuff 'cause I had things for 100 people so that couldn't fit in my luggage hahahaha, it was a PITA to ship everything but since I live in Mexico it's easier for me than it is for you in USA... so try to buy most of your stuff in Cancun, the things I bought there where water bottles and aspirines.. I bought them at Sam's, I don't know if Costco is cheaper but I don't have a membership there, that's why I went to Sam's
  10. OMG Susan I'm so glad you found it!! I keep my ring in my car when I go to the gym.. sometimes I leave it at home, but I couldn't wear it there 'cause I feel I'm going to hit it..
  11. Welcome!! I just got married at the Marriott's gazebo!! but my reception was at the FA Condesa, all I can say is that the gazebo is sooooooooo beautiful!!!
