I prefer diced because its smaller pieces, I don't really like having a whole tomato on my spoon, lol! other than that there isn't any difference as far as nutrition. I just took out two packages of steak tips for tomorrow, I can't wait!

Because I was told in the begining that it was only the $500 rule they stuck with that! Make sure you save all of your emails! Also never forget trying to negotiate with the outside vendor. I asked mine and they are splitting the $500 fee with me! Those are usually the diets that work best for me because they're so restrictive, like atkins, I always did really well with atkins because my choices of what to eat were very limited. I should go for a jog tonight.

the soup is definetly better when you add variations to it. Last night I made a new pot and I'm just having my first bowl of it. I didn't have all of the ingredients so this is what I did: I used two small ff chicken broths, plus a ff beef broth 3 cans of diced tomatoes 3 can green beans 2 peppers the lipton soup mix packet I didn't have any carrots, thats why I did an extra tomato and an extra green bean, I also had some leftover brussel sprouts from last nights dinner, so I threw those in as well. for spices this time I used garlic powder, salt, pepper, a litte bit of curry, and red pepper flakes. I think the garlic and red pepper flakes gave it a nice different taste, vs. the worcestershire, red hot, and lots of curry in my first batch. Has anyone tried to make it creamy yet? I'm scared!

I had this one piece that you can see me in my pictures and video constantly pushing it out of my face! As for the veil, I brought one with me, but didn't wear it because I thought it was too windy, but some girls have worn viels and just had their father (or whoever walked them down the aisle, sort of hold onto the veil behind them.

yari, that would be a great idea, but her birthday is after xmas (dec 30) Maybe I'll just have to think of another excuse to buy it!

I wonder if your hotel room will have a microwave? You can bring a potato with you and cook it in your room and then just eat a salad if you go out to dinner. The soup you could bring in a cooler and then microwave when you want it. Quote: Originally Posted by Dez921714 OMG 3 double cheeseburgers? Does he eat the fries too or just the burgers? I doubt I'll continue losing at this rate, but if I could lose 20-30 lbs in 2 or 3 weeks, I'll be so flippin excited LOL Maybe I should start to excersize insted of just a walk around the block lol My jeans which are usually comfortable right out of the wash and loose the second day...are actually loose right out of the wash...a good and bad thing, since a)they're new b)I bought 4 pairs c) they weren't cheap LOL No fries, I asked, lol! I have been yoyoing too the last couple of weeks between a couple of pounds and just having a hard time getting over the hump. but I think this will help, I've been so unmotivated to exercise so that doesn't help either. That's great about your jeans!! I know I hate buying clothes because I always want to lose weight and I don't want to buy clothes that won't fit me, it's such a vicious cycle!!

I'm also going to cut a few up and put them in the freezer. Last night we had frozen strawberry smoothies (frozen strawberries, milk and a little unsweetened juice), so tonight we'll have banana. If you do make a banana shake, add a little cinimon My mom used to do that when she was on WW years ago LOL So, TMI, but I haven't gone yet this morning...and when I got on the scale, I was down over 11 lbs. I'm so estatic, because there's a certain number that once I get to it, I usually go back up...and I was at the number yesterday....I've actually broken past it!!!!!! I think the more you have to lose the higher your loss is....like, FI and I have a LOT to lose, so our first week on this we'll lose more than someone who only has 10-20 lbs to lose. I think FI and I plan to finish this week, do the 2 days off thing and then go back to it (maybe with a few modifications) oooh, I like the cinnamon idea! I just did skim milk, ice, and bananas in my shake, it was good. That's fantastic about the 11 lbs!! I don't know if I'll lose as much as I want to because I was already dieting before I started this, but it sure would be nice to lose 10-15 lbs! I was thinking I would do it again next week, if we take monday tuesday off, then I would start wednesday. The only thing I'm having a problem with is that I'm leaving on friday for vacation, so I don't know if its worth doing it for 3 days, kwim? Maybe I'll just count points all next week so that I don't gain! I made a spicy bowl of soup and was happy Last night I asked DH if he wanted me to cook him some hot dogs for dinner (I hate hot dogs and we had some in the fridge so I wanted to get rid of them and knew I wouldn't want any) he says no, I already ate, I say what did you eat? Ummm, I had McDonalds on the way home from work cuz I knew you couldn't have any and you would be mad if you saw me eat my 3 DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS! I was so jealous, I ate some cherries while thinking about a double cheeseburger

So I tried it with two tea bags and letting it steep longer and I think I just lost about 5 lbs, lol!! Try it, it will work!

I Have Microsoft Office, but not Publisher?
*JillD* replied to Martha's topic in Just venting or funnies
I think it depends which one you purchase, there are several different versions you can get. The one I bought is "professional" and it came with publisher, accounting express, access, & outlook with business contact manager and all the regular stuff. I actually got a really good deal on mine, I bought it on ebay, brand new, for around $130, its normally about $500, so I was really happy about that! So if it's a program you really want you might be able to find publisher by itself on ebay. good luck with your newsletter -
okay, I just wanted to say if anyone else has problems going, the tea I drink works VERY well! It's called Yogi Tea "Get Regular" you drink it at night and then in the morning you will need to go. I use two tea bags and let them sit for about 5 minutes or so. Good Luck!

It seems like it would clean out your system!!! the first day everything I ate went in and pretty quickly came back out again (sorry, I know that's gross!) but since then it's actually been harder for me to go, which tends to happen when I am on a diet when I'm not eating carbs, like bread, etc... I tend to eat a lot of fiber normally, so this diet has be a little bound up. but the coffee helps and I also have some tea that helps, I drank some of that last night. So today I had a banana milk shake for breakfast. It was actually a nice change from the other stuff we've been eating. Although I'm not sure how many banana shakes I really want to drink all day. But I guess I can have soup for lunch and a shake and maybe more soup for dinner. I'll wait and see how hungry I am. how's everyone else doing?

I don't think I've ever had a red velvet cupcake, but they sound so yummy I need to try some!

I should not have opened that link. I was already hungry (stupid diet) and as I scrolled down the page I swear the rumbling in my stomach got worse and worse. I could devour about a dozen cupcakes right now!!
