do you think fuschia and turquoise would look good together?? I know I've seen turquoise and red and they looked nice, so I guess its not that much different.

Oh merryme, those sound like they will be beautiful, you'll definetly have to post pics! One of my best friends had an enormous bouquet of red roses for her wedding and they just look beautiful in pictures. I know I don't want white flowers, definetly something bright, I guess I really just need to make a decision on my colors. I did notice that red and turquoise looked nice together, I think someone else was doing that. So thats an option. The problem I'm having with fuschia is finding a junion bm dress that I like in that color.

I know I loved her roses, especially in RED!! I was going to have fuschia be my main color, and then I was thinking turquoise blue, and now I'm thinking red. I just need to buy some stuff and make some decisions so I'll stop changing my damn mind!!

I really love roses, and I always said I wanted roses when I got married, but I feel like since we're going to be in mexico, maybe I should get flowers that seem more tropical? I'm not sure if thats the word I'm looking for. I always tend to move towards the rose bouquets, but I do love the lilies that Janet had for her wedding as well. I can't decide. Are a lot of you doing roses?

I really would like to do this, I know FI would love it, but I'm just so nervous I wouldn't look good in the pictures. Like Sarah said, its definetly motivation to continue dieting and exercising!

Okay, I weighed myself this morning because I forgot yesterday, I'm up one pound from Monday, which is when I weighed myself last, but now I'm doing fridays. But I'm okay with the one pound because I've been exercising a lot and I had such a huge loss last week which I'm sure was just from my body adjusting. So, total of 6.4 lbs lost, right now.

I definetly agree with both of you about having just the sisters. I had a similar problem I would have had about 8 bm's, but it would have been too much. I felt bad asking them to spend more money, and some of them I wasn't even sure they'd be able to go,so I just chose my sister. Amy,I think if you explain to your cousin that you would have had her in it if it were a traditional wedding, I would think she'd be okay with that, and maybe involve her with your wedding planning so she feels like shes a part of things, or have her do a reading. Maybe if you are having a shower she can help with planning that as well.

yeah, when she had me getting all dresses up today I asked her if it was really necessary to wear all that stuff and she said the dress would look better, but almost all the dresses I tried on had so many layers under them already, it was just too much, I know I'll hate it!! I've had cups sewn in in bm dresses before and it was great!! Nothing to worry about. okay this is a dumb question, but what are spanx?? I know I've heard girls mention them before, but was never sure. is it like suction pants or something?

I know what you mean, I wear a suit all day too, and to go to the gym during lunch, I wouldn't be looking to pretty the rest of the day, lol!! I don't get regular lunch breaks either. Yeah, I guess thats hard if the gyms aren't open any later. Hmmm, I'm not sure if you drive to work or use public transportation, but you could find a way to maybe just add a little extra walking to your day, like parking further away from the court house so you could walk 5-10 minutes each way. I don't know if this is something that would be feasible or not, I'm not sure what your day is like. Its hard to try to fit exercise in when you have a busy schedule. But I figure I find plenty of time to spend on this forum so apparently I have plenty of free time on my hands to exercise, hahaha!!

Okay, so I went and tried some dresses on today. It was my first time and I was dreading not liking anything on myself. But I did actually like quite a few of the dresses. Anyway, when I was trying them on she had me wearing a petticoat and this bra thing, and let me tell you I was sweating!! For those of you that have already gotten married and those of you that have bought your dress, what are you wearing underneath?? I really can't see myself wearing that enormous petticoat in 90 degree weather in mexico, I'm gonna melt!!

I used to go to ww meetings, but like you I don't want another expense. So I already have the books. You could either go to one meeting like you said and get the books or you can just order a kit online. You get a lot of stuff with the kits too, points calculator, I think a recipe book. Its on their website anyway. Some people do the meetings but there are a lot of us that are just familiar with the program and we all help support each other. as long as you are accountable every week, like rebecca said, it will work. Now for the exercise. Could you squeeze the gym in during your lunch break or early in the morning before work?? Or what about buying a piece of equipment to use at home (elliptical or treadmill) or would that be too loud??

I forgot today was weigh in day, so I didn't weigh myself yet! I will do it first thing tomorrow morning.

oh, okay, you looked recently, I was thinking last summer, but they usually put them out march or april I think, I bet you'd still have time to get them there if you couldn't find them anywhere else.

Very pretty christine!! I had the same exact ones in my hand to buy, then I ended up buying the ones with just the silver border instead. I am also going to add the monogram that I made at the bottom. But you are way more martha than me adding the ribbon!! I think you did a great job with them!
