Melissa, is Aldo from Studio P&V If not, do you have his website? I keep going back and forth about booking an outside photog. Our guest list has skyrocketed and I'm afraid we may have more than the 150 guests we were expecting so I'm still trying to find a photog in PV (and weighing my options) before I make my decision. I found a great photog in PV, (too bad he doesn't shoot weddings.) Mark Callanan Photography - Stocksite specialising in Puerto Vallarta and Mexico stock photos He developed a video of PV. Hey Kash- I believe that we are only going to feed our photograher. The contract for the band states that they will need a table and non-alcoholic drinks for the members during their breaks (althought our WC says they can use the Bar/Cocktail area for the break and they can have access to the bar for the softdrinks). Our WC is in-house so I don't think we need to feed him. I guess what I'm trying to say that you should take into consideration how long you have each vendor, then decide if you should pay for food.

I would just put adults only, but when you are addressing the actual invite, you sould write "Mr. and Mrs. XXX and (son's name)" then on the RSVP card pre-fill the number of attendees. does that make sense?
