I have tried calling him and he doesn't speak English very well. I guess that is just as much my fault bc I don't speak spanish. but I still need him to reasure me that we can secure our date, time, type of flowers, music, etc.

I'm getting married at the Melia Cabo Real on May 17, 2007. We are having a private ceremony and reception for over 75 guests. Over 70 are already booked and paid for their hotel. My problem is the WC that I am working with does not respond to my emails. When he does finally respond (after I send 4+ messages) he doesn't answer my questions. And I am really concerned that the wedding will not go as planned. I want to file a complaint with the hotel but I'm affraid that we will get even worse service. But I really need him to answer some of my questions. I have asked him for contact info. for the photographer, florist and bands or DJs. I have no idea whether or not the WC will book them for me automatically or if I even have choices. help please...
