Jake may or may not be the one, she doesn't seem to have a connection with him. BUT I can't believe she let him go over Wes and Michael. I like Michael, but he does seem young, and they also don't seem to have that romantic connection.

Gwen isn't formula fed - I'm still nursing, but trying to wean. She isn't a fan of the whole milk apparently, though she slowly drinking it these days. I was a little concerned about the milk there - is it the same, I wonder? Mainly she's not weaning because she isn't drinking the milk, but I also think it might help if I were still nursing a little when we go - just so she has that comfort, at least before bed. I have stocked up on a lot of my meds and necessities for my diabetes. I know they have it all over there, but it was just easier to stock up. I will still need to get some of it over there, but not right away. Thanks for the tips! Keep 'em coming!

Well, we leave July 3rd ... that's less than 2 weeks! I haven't done a thing to get ready, but Paul has all of next week off so we'll cram it all in. So - any last minute tips on what to bring, or not to bring? I'm mainly thinking of things like stuff we can't get over there (peanut butter?!) or things that might be harder to find or more expensive (everything!?). And I need to look into what the weather is like from now until Dec/Jan ... probably a little bit of everything!

ok, because it wasn't written into the rules i refunded her $$. i don't think i needed to, but i didn't want to deal with any complaints from her. so, that means the pot is $30 less (her FI was participating too). sorry about the trouble, everyone. it sucks when someone can't play nice and by the rules.

the banned member is asking me if she can still participate. i told her i was checking with the group.

Ok, she will be DQ'd - it turns out there was more than simple "unintentional" solicitation, it was borderline spamming. So now the question is, is her FI DQ'd too? Ugh.

I am learning more about the ban, and it seems it might be more complicated so this person might have to be DQd. It was a perm. ban.

Question: If we have a participant get banned for reasons unrelated to the Biggest Loser (for breaking other forum rules), should we allow them to continue in the competition, or are they DQ'd automatically? In this case, it was someone that was banned for soliciting. Personally, I think we should allow them to continue - I'll just have to email them anything related to the results, etc. *Whatever the outcome, I think this needs to be mentioned in the rules for any future seasons!

I honestly could care less one way or the other. But what about, if you want to know your ranking, send me a PM. Then I will ONLY send you what # you are in the list - nothing else. That way you know where you stand, but not anyone else. And you're not allowed to discuss rankings in public (on this thread or anywhere else). I do think this should be a group decision though - majority rules. I also need to say that I think Wes is slime. He's just nasty. I don't get how Jillian can't see that - or are they convincing her to keep him just for the drama? Who knows. I so hope he doesn't get too much publicity from this - eeewwww. What about Jake (aka Mr Perfect)? She hasn't interacted with him much lately. She really looked like she was about to get it on with Kypton (sp?) too. And the performance in bed thing ... HAS to be a setup, right? They can't be that blunt.
