  1. i want to nominate Abbie as the Mrs. MOTM ... cuz with all you've gone through/are going through (both good and bad!) you must be crazy busy, yet you still contribute here! i will need to think about the B2B ... please hold
  2. me too! me too! (or Gwen, rather) Gwen R. submitted by AnnKRussell for the Gap Casting Call vote for all of the BDW babies!
  3. as is donating points to people that ask for them. i don't think you'll get any. besides, it doesn't matter how many points you have since access to documents is based on post count.
  4. is that the member "martin" on here? if so, have you tried sending them a PM on the forum? i see that they were on the forum today. Best Destination Wedding Forum ~ The Ultimate Destination Wedding Resource

  6. Ooohh - not a lot of people are on during the day Sunday ... but for those of you that are, it's a great chance to get into this contact while you can!

  9. If I can make this, I might have you do some family shots ... it would be awesome to get some of Gwen, and us in Cabo!

  11. i guess i wouldn't care at all - i never would have thought twice about it. but i never believe in that superstitious stuff anyway. and as for someone else trying it on ... who cares?! does that really take away any of the meaning and the value of it?

This is just really based on post count - most of us are on here blabbling away all day, often about non-wedding related stuff. It wasn't anything bad ... just that you weren't very active on here!
  13. thanks for letting us know ... and thanks for using the search!
  14. While some of you may disagree with where the drama is, I do agree that there is way too much drama lately. I mean, c'mon, someone stated their opinion (and one I agree with, for the record) and people start stomping their feet and pouting and whining. This is the reason I quit hosting; I got sick of the excuses and the drama. Just put on your big girl panties and do what you intended to do ... get healthier! That's what it's all about anyway, right?
  15. Again, no drama necessary. If you've been accountable, then don't worry about it, keep doing your thing. No need to make this about you if it isn't about you!
  16. I agree, Ashley. I mean, isn't that part of the reason why we're all in this predicament ... because we make excuses about why we can't exercise, why we can't eat better. We're too busy, not enough money, too stressed, etc. When in reality, we're just not doing what we should be doing and what will get the results! I mean, who cares if the scale is up or down or whatever, it's all about accountability!

Sorry but I had to rant for a minute. Congrats to Ashley for this week!!! Isn't it frustrating? I can totally relate. You volunteer your own time and energy to "hosting," sending out emails, recording weights, posting results, etc. and people can't be bothered to weigh in, or tell you that they'll be missing a week. I hear ya!
  18. you're not the only guy, but definitely a minority ... welcome, and let us know how we can help!
  19. your profile picture won't show up anywhere when you post. the siggy does (at the bottom) and the avatar does (to the left of a post). does that help?
