Congratulations to all the girls that are sticking with their diet and workouts! I have these great ideas in my head - but just can't seem to follow through. So ... good work, ladies!

Oohh - that is cute. I've also seen some people use just a plain "program" (flat sheet or paper, basically) and attach it to a fan. I don't know if you're using fans - but you could just put this poem on there. Or you could put this poem on some nice paper, put it in a frame, and place it by the cake or guestbook if you're having them. Or maybe just on the head table.

I do too (hijack threads) - we're just a chatty bunch! And wow - you actually meet the people you stalk - you're my idol! lol To be fair - one of the couples I got in contact with lives in Bangladesh - it would be too difficult to meet for coffee!

We'll see how long it takes when all of us show up to help!

wow - I may have to hire you to find my dress cheaper! or we can go into business together ... since I am quite handy at stalking brides to find details for my Las Caletas wedding!

Any of the ones I've found aren't even from PV - and they typically charge travel fees. I'd check out a few posts I made in the "general wedding info." - many photographers will come to PV! Let me know if you can't find the posts ... Bobbi, Sol Tamargo, Juan Carlos Tapia, Elizabeth Medina ... these are a few of the photographers that will travel for a fee.

Thanks SO much for posting the hair & makeup info. - I hadn't had a chance to ask Nicole for that info. yet. As for the photographers - it looks like she sent me something very similar to you. I don't think I am going with any of the ones she sent - but some look pretty good. Have you booked one of the photographers yet? What about the hair/makeup?

That sounds about like us - we'll probably invite about 75, but expect about 50 to come. But you never know - but it won't be more than 60-70 or so, and that includes kids.

Hi - and welcome! I just responded to your other post. I am so glad to have other Las Caletas brides here ... now we can chit chat about our specific site! What is your wedding date - early or late Jan? How exciting - it's coming up fast! Are you having the "Intimate" or "Deluxe" wedding? I don't know many of the differences, except I think Intimate is more for smaller groups.

That is odd for Nicole to not respond, especially since you're coming up on your date. I know once she sent me something via email, and I never got it - so I followed up. Welcome! I am getting married in PV as well, at Las Caletas. But you're clearly way ahead of me on your planning. What made you choose PV over other locations? Just curious! How many people will you be having at your wedding? And check it out ... another Chicago girl! I think Natalie is out there handing out flyers - that's great!

Another less expensive alternative, if $$ is an issue, is to look at bridesmaid dresses. Most of them come in white/ivory and look fabulous!
