Has anyone come across lip balm that can be customized, that also has a SPF in it - AND where you don't have to order 250 minimum? I am on the hunt - I am feeling like I need to start filling my OOT bags!

FYI - I just checked my bottle of this stuff that I have (bought at a store) and it has an expiration date on the bottom of the can. Not sure how strict those dates are - but thought I'd let ya'll know!

WOOHOO! Belle Vie just called me back, and said my dress was "perfect" (I'd hope so, for that much $$). But also said that they're going to ship it so that it arrives before I leave for the weekend ... I should have it by Thursday!!! YAY! And, since Paul will be out of town as well, I should be able to sneak some pictures in before I head out of town. You guys, I am soooo nervous that I won't like it - AHHHHH!

welcome to the forum! i can't help much w/Cabo since I am getting married in PV - but wanted to say hi anyway!

really, what assurances do we have that any of this destination wedding stuff will work out? i won't have met anyone i am working with (ironically, outside of my photographer, Leigh Miller, but that was just by chance - I signed the contract before meeting her), I won't have seen the hotel where i will be staying or where my WD is, i have never seen my wedding location, heard the band, etc. I am just trusting that it is all going to work out! But as the other girls have mentioned, there should be something in teh contract in case the photof doesn't or can't show up (a suitable replacement, reimbursement, etc.). Hopefully that doesn't happen!

i wouldn't give up. even if you have to say to her, "i know i am probably wrong, but just help put my mind at ease and show me they're not in there, for my own sanity" or something. what a whack job.

I have a bit of an extended family as well - I have 1 biological sister, and I definitely want her there. But then I have 3 half siblings, and 4 step siblings. And all of them have children. I wasn't raised with any of them, so it's a different relationship. I love them all - we're just not super close. I did end up inviting all of them, and honestly, it was mainly because I knew most of them, if not all, wouldn't come. If I had thought they'd all come, I am not sure I would have invited them. But at the same time, I keep reminding myself that it's really not that much extra $$ for me when more people come, the financial burden is mostly on them. I think most people probably know that they're not super close to you, I can't imagine it would be too much of a surprise. There are many relatives that I wouldn't expect to be invited if they had a DW. I wouldn't worry about the concern of having more guests then your FI - that's just the nature of families and DWs! I think Paul will have 2x the people there that I will - mainly because his family is bigger, and he has a larger circle of close friends, and none of them have kids, so travel is easier. This is also Paul's first wedding! Anyway, I really don't think that helped, I was just sharing my situation I guess.
