So I am procrastinating at work again - so easy to do when I hate my job and work at home. I was going to order some tank tops for the 4 flower girls, what do you think about this design. i was just going to ask my mom what she's planning on as well - she's SO not into shopping. i think i may have to take the "gently suggest" approach.

why does everyone want tennis balls thrown at me? lol sadly, i can see that happening. my dad plays tennis year-round (he lives in FL ot TX during the winters), and he's 73! anyway, he always saves the used tennis balls, mostly for friends with dogs that love to play with them. but he always has tons of tennis balls in bags laying around. if you gave him this idea - i am sure he'd find it quite humorous to throw them at me!

i was hoping paul's 5th niece was going to be there too - she's only about 5 mos and they're not bringing her. i would have had the oldest girl carry her or something! oh well ...

oh, they'll be pink! there weren't any other color options i guess. not really any of the colors i am using, but who cares!? lol - i don't have bridesmaids, so it's not like they're matching anything. and when the mom of the 4 year old (Molly, who went shopping w/mom) told me that Molly was twirling in circles at the store when trying on the dress - how could i resist!?

I basically just told the moms of Paul's 4 nieces to go find something that their daughters would love to wear. Two of his nieces have never been flower girls before, so they're so excited! While this probably isn't what I would have picked, it definitely does the job, and the girls love them! And - I didn't have to do a thing (even better!).

i definitely started out thinking that i was looking for an appropriate beach wedding dress - but then i gave that up and just got what i wanted! there are girls on here getting married in the most traditional, formal dresses, and those that chose a pretty casual "beachy" dress. i say just wear the dress that you fall in love with!

wow - that's the largest shower ever, you even had a photographer? wow! it looks awesome, and i loved your dress as well. great job - and now you can relax for a little while!

Kashif - I am so glad you finally posted! I know I had talked to Loreta (loretuke) a while back, when she first joined, about you posting on here. Girls here are always looking for lots of photographer options! Glad you finally made it over here ... welcome!
