  1. i totally think he'd do a group BDW rate. or we could always talk Leigh or someone into joining the party.
  2. ok, Tammy, I will watch Jackson for you while you TTD!
  3. so ... a 1 year anniversary trip for us ... that could work!
  4. i know exactly what you mean! we had dinner in the little hut thing - more pics ... i had the hardest time visualizing it all, since i had never been there - so i am all about sharing pics and explaining it better! here is where dinner was - behind these people standing and here's the same thing, just further away. you can see a table for 2 on the left - that's where paul and i sat. it's usually where the DJ sets up, but he just set up on the beach instead.
  5. here are some pics of my centerpices and table stuff (all photos are by Leigh Miller)
  6. i don't see a charge for $150 or $100 - but maybe that's built in somewhere else - that could be. and i had about 55 people, and 10 centerpieces - on my contract it's listed as "large centerpieces" - i never told nicole anything about how i wanted the tables to look either. well, i did send her pics of flower arrangements (i liked the flowers submerged in water). and just explained that i liked simplicity. and she took it from there!
  7. this is awesome! it looks like you guys got thrown around a bit by the waves - but it looks like you had SO much fun. your little bambino will love these shots of mom and dad! great work, Juan!
  8. it's right after we all get back from Vegas, and then right before Courtney flies us all down again for her wedding
  9. i love it! i know there are people on here, like anny i believe, that did it and it looked amazing! who cares what they think anyway!? lol

  11. not free - at least not that large of one - i did get a monthly membership to OneTrue Media where you can upload the whole thing - it was like $3.99/mo if you wanted to do that.

  14. not sure if you saw my post - it didn't cost me a dime! but i didn't bring 1 thing, other than the sea glass, to decorate. i just didn't want to deal with it - all the flowers, vases, candles, linens, etc. on the tables was all provided.
  15. it's all about personal decision - you don't HAVE to do anything on your wedding day! you could wear a pair of old jeans and a tank top, no makeup, and you could still get married ... anywhere! it's all about how YOU want your day to be. with that said, if you want a bouquet, get one! if not, don't. if you're just worried about logistics, i just set mine on the table as well when i needed my hands (i had no attendants). personally, i wanted a bouquet (and it did come w/my package) - so i got one. but if i didn't want one - i don't think anyone would have even noticed.
  16. i don't mind you asking at all ... just don't know the answer! i just sent her a picture of what i liked, and she made it work. i went back and looked at my contract, and i don't see any additional charges for the chuppa. i see a charge for the cake, centerpieces, and the rest of my stuff - but that's it!
  17. i've done that on accident before - and to my knowledge, there's no way to undo it. you could go into each thread category and see what was posted most recently i guess - but other than that, i don't know that there's a way. sorry! i hate it when i do that!
  18. I think TammyB did something like this, except she did stay at the Sheraton for at least 1 night I believe.
  19. see - I am all about paying for the convenience of having someone else do it for me. i'd totally pay for something like that - $100 - $150, once you get up to $200 i am not sure, unless i wanted something really long or complex.
  20. do i feel ya? hell yea i do! i've thought so many times how relieved i was to not have to go through the WC drama like so many girls here unfortunately do. i just don't have the patience for that kind of thing, i probably would have just given up. i mean, dealing w/marilu at the WD was bad enough. oh, and i really don't think i actually did much more than show up at Las Caletas! lol i guess i did email Nicole a few pics - cake, bouquet, etc., and then brought the sea glass - but i think that's about it! honestly, i know i would have been happy with any resort - hell, i just wanted to marry paul on the beach - but Las Caletas was more than i ever could have expected! perfect. even though i was never one to dream about my wedding when i was younger - had i, this would have been it! well, not the sick part, but ... you know!
