  1. i wore ivory, and paul wore a white shirt - i don't think it matters really. at least i didn't think it looked bad. never gave it much thought!

  8. welcome to the forum! no need to hide ... we're a nice bunch! let us know if we can help.
  9. seriously, throw us a bone here! lol cute dresses for your girls though!
  10. i say do it! you're obviously comfortable with him, and he's already doing your wedding.
  11. i think courtney might be the only one so far on here that had a male - but Leigh was the primary photog, so they were both there. but Jackie is having Juan do her b-pics. i'd totally have a male photog, assuming i felt comfortable with him - like not sure i'd call some random guy from Craig's list - but the guy doing my wedding who i've formed a relationship with, probably!
  12. i did have Leigh make mine - mostly because i just didn't have time, or the creative patience! you're right - sarah made her own. i don't know how you prevent them from being taken by other people. as for nude vs. lingerie - it's really all up to you i guess! i a combination of lingerie and topless - i always had panties on, at a minimum.
  13. hi valerie! 20 years ... wow, you're certainly not jumping the gun here! lol there are quite a few DR brides on here that will be able to help you out. welcome! let us know how we can help.

  15. oh yikes. without knowing the details of the dress (i forgot what it looks like, sorry!) it's tough to say. but my dress had some detailed beading, and was less than $200 to alter. granted, it just needed to be taken in on the sides some - not shortened - but still. that seems like a lot!
  16. i don't think i had nearly that many. i want to say it was less than 100 - and the book had maybe 20 or so.
