  2. yea, not sure where i learned that but i've heard it a few places, and it totally makes sense. i am pretty sure that new parents are told by many docs to make sure that their babies get "tummy time" during the day now.
  3. here is mine - i definitely borrowed the layout from someone else! i printed these on white card stock, then glued those on to colored card stock so that there was a colored border. Timeline.doc

  5. i took my own off eventually - i think Tammy was just too busy to give out the banners!

(sorry for the hijack)
  7. holt quadruplets! and age 2 at that ... i don't know you, but i admire you anyway! lol you must be exhausted. got any pictures you'd like to share? (sorry for hijacking!)

  9. i got this email too the other day ... and couldn't agree more! people are germ, safety, and lawsuit nuts - kids just can't be kids these days! as for the baby on their back thing - i'm no doctor, but i know that so many babies are developing their arm and neck musckes so much slower now since they're never on their tummies!

(i know you asked Tammy ... but just thought I'd weigh in as well!)
  12. ooohhh - you should send a picture to jason (lambert13 or something) and/or karen. he takes a lot of great pictures!
  13. while i am at it - i will post my "newsletter" - i can't remember if i did that already or not Newsletter2.doc

  15. welcome to the forum! you definitely seem like the most organized newbie yet! lol i only have a little comment about one of your questions ... Fourth - we would like to do bottles of wine for favors ... and we'd like to buy the wine there (we'll just bring the gift bags) - any recommendations on a good way to do this? are you thinking your guests will drink the wine while they're in Cabo? if so, great! otherwise, just remember the liquid restrictions now when flying. i'd probably just leave the wine in Mexico rather than pack it in a piece of luggage to check since you can't bring it on the plane. Dreams gave us a bottle of champagne that we just left behind for that reason. just didn't want you to go to all of that effort and your guests not be able to enjoy the wine!

Sorry for the strange questions. since i don't wear makeup (well, on my wedding day i guess i did!) i didn't need it for makeup. but i did carry my insulin and chap stick (my personal addiction!) in there - and i think that's about it. someone else kept an eye on it until the reception, and then it sat on my table, then someone else kept an eye on it again - probably kelley or Nicole (WCs). since we weren't at a resort - or anywhere close to civilization, to be honest, i needed somewhere to put the "essentials," namely, my insulin. and it was really an excuse to buy a cute accessory - i'm not normally an accessory girl!

  18. anytime you can incorporate something personal into the wedding, i think it's a great idea. go for it!
  19. still love your flowers! lol great review, thanks!
  20. i totally agree! and after all that happened, you'd think he learned his lesson and did them in order.
  21. AHHH I love this bouquet ... I now can say that this is something I would change if I did it again! lol

  23. is there a chance that he was uploading theirs and yorus at the same time - and theirs just finished sooner? i really think a "stern" email needs to go to Juan and outline all of the issues you all are having with him. he just needs to know how this is affecting his business. if he doesn't make some changes, he won't have nearly as much business ... or maybe that would be a good thing!
