yea, the forum has been acting a but crazy the last few days. it really gets hard to keep up - but i guess not as many people can post, so it slows that part down a little! so glad to hear you're doing ok ... that sucks about being sick. like you really need THAT right now. so - do you have a feeling if it's a boy or a girl?

well, won't it really just turn into another hotel? like, it won't actually close - but instead will just be bought by another hotel or something? maybe you could still have it at this new place? unless, of course, they do in fact close it for remodeling or something. i've stayed at hotels while they transition over to a new chain - like mid-week. i checked into the hotel when it was a sheraton, and checked out when it was a Marriott.

I don't know if this is something you'd consider, but what about just letting the trio play whatever they want? Or give them a little direction? I just told them to play something - and to be honest, I don't even know that I noticed what it was! Actually, while I was standing up there waiting to go down, I heard Over the Rainbow - so I know they can play that! Then they can just time it accordingly. Leigh stayed all night - partially because that's what the package included, and partially because she was stuck there! not too many ways to leave Las Caletas. hehehe (ok, she could have taken an earlier boat out - but why leave the fun?!)

i had no idea there was even caviar! then again, all i ate were rolls and water - so i have no idea what was on the buffet. my group is totally the pizza and cheeseburger crowd, but everyone raved about the food.

i've been trying to get at these all day! congrats, Jilly - what a beautiful wedding!

i feel bad because CL will now suffer because of this story. of course it's terrible what happened, no question about it, but the majority of things CL does/facilitates are positive!

I just wanted to say congrats to the 2 October Las Caletas weddings that I know of ... Crystal (photograbock5) and Heather (HeatherNDan). Crystal is getting married on Saturday, and I am not sure of the day for Heather. But I am soooo excited for both of you! I wanted to wish you all of the best, and really hope you come back to share your wedding stories, pictures, and reviews with the rest of us!
