I have found a bride to be that is also getting married at the Occidental Grand Xcaret and she was nice enough to e-mail me some pictures that the wedding cordinator Edith had e-mailed to her.

I think I picked the chairs but like both the chairs and the shells. Actually I like the monogram to. Well, once again I'm no help. Decision making is clearly not my thing!

Could you imagine! If people saw me walking down the aisle in an extravagent dress all they would see is the dress and my little head poping out of it. Like a big snowball rolling down the beach. Not good!

Not that this will help much but just wanted to reply back. I havent done much research on the Iberestor resorts. There has to be a reason why I looked them over while trying to decide on a location but I cant seem to remember why. I'll try and check into that a little later. Maybe my memorie will be triggered.

No, its pretty common knowledge if you go over to trip advisor. This is our wedding resort and they are known for their pools and their wildlife and landscapeing more than their beach. And for guests who do need that beach day they say the best beach in Playa Del Carmen is like a 10 minute cab ride away! I live on Cape Cod and am about a 5 minute car ride from my fav beach and spend A LOT of time on the beach so the beach aspect of the resort is not really that important to me. I cant wait to jump in a pool!

Ive not done much research on the Iberestor resorts but do know that any of the Dreams resorts are a good choice. Dreams PV,Tulum,Cancun,Cabo! Good luck and if there are any other resorts you have questions with feel free to ask.
