  1. NO, 2 hours is definitly not enough time. Cut back anywhere else you can and get him for longer. my opinion anyways.
  2. I'm hoping to get cups sewn in. Not that I have my dress yet but I'm thinking it will be a dress that you can do this to. And then a pretty thong and we will call it a day. Lingera doesnt phase Ryan in the least. Ive giving up paying for it so that it can hang in the closest. lol.

At some point you need to just tell yourself this is about us not them and stick to that feeling and you wont feel as bad. Thats my theory anyway.
  4. Hmmm, I'm not sure how I feel. I know its not in our budget and its not a priority for us. Wed rather the extra money go towards a better photographer but...A few brides on this forum that ended up getting their wedding taped absolutly love it and stressed that it was definitly a must have on their list.
  5. I'm pretty sure the resort is swimable. I think what most people tend to complain about is the look of their beach is not your typical tropical ocean etc etc... They put sand bags in in order to make it swimable though. I believe, but yes Leigh is right I would check with the resort.
  6. I know I think I may have started it. I"m a hi-jackie-er .
  7. definitly, Cabo was always full of helpfull brides but now we also have many PV and RM/Cancun brides that are constantly helping and active. Its really great. Tammy said that would happen and it did, now I'm reading and looking for advice instead of just giving it which is super good!

  9. Like Jill said EDR is supposed to fantastic in terms of resorts and weddings! And we are also suposed to be honeymooning there as well. There are a few girls around here planning EDR weddings who will have plenty of good info for you. Also if you go to the search bar in the top right hand corner of this site and type in El Dorado Royale you will het plenty of helpfull threads.
  10. I'm still not sure. Which completely sucks because we need to be making money ASAP, and its very hard to pick up shifts at the restaurant in the winter months. We are both totally stressed with the house and me not working yet. AGH. In a way though it is kind of good because every darn day there is some paper work that I need to get to some office in terms of the house. Its never ending. I wish I could close my eyes and wake up in April when we will be better adjusted to everything i.e. work, house, finances. K sorry for the rambling.
  11. I know I feel like a bad little mod these days. I just cant keep on top of anything anymore around here or in my life in general. I think I might be finally losing it. I'm going to organize the bathroom closet today, hopefully that will make me feel better.
  12. Those are great for a Napa wedding . You ladies are way to crafty with these monograms and such. Another thing I want to add to my list. YIKES
  13. Glenda what a good idea. Yup I think you are on your way to stealing the MOTM title.
  14. Sarah, I love the table! Ecspecially your luminers photo and monogram. This is definitly on my list of to-do's if we can find the money in the budget for it!
  15. Wohooo!!! Good work Ann, I forgot to be looking out for this stuff. Whoops.

  18. I'm late but I chose #3. Then again I know nothing of this dificulty in sizing thing so I just chose the one I thought was the most attractive.
  19. I feel the same way Christa does. In my opinion she is good but not great, although still better than a lot of photogs I have seen. OK that was confusing. I also agree with Johnathan overall to but the only thing I disagree with is that if she is trying to build her portfolio and is charging less because of that then I see no problem with that. Ofcourse if she really isnt that good and is charging less because of that then I would definitly look around more. Juan just in the past 6-8 months (ish) has raised his prices but I believe a few of the first brides to use him got him at a pretty low price, because he just simply wasnt in high demand yet. Didnt have a huge portfolio, Or his talent hadnt been discovered like it obviously has now. I would maybe ask to see more pictures....Just to reasure yourself that she hasnt put up the only good shots she has ever taken. If all the shots are similar to the ones on her website, than you may want to definitly consider her. Hope that helped even a little.
  20. I have never been to either but....and ended up choosing Riviera Maya but if I were from the west coast I would for sure be choosing Cabo or PV. Not that I am not happy about my location but for some reason Cabo was one of my first picks when deciding where to have a DW. Just the climate alone would have me leaning towards Cabo if flying from the west coast.
  21. Ive gotten a lot of helpful info off of that site. Its just nice to be able to look at something thats as well set up as that site is. Very easy to compare that way!
