  1. Maria Elena Your brother did an amazing job on the map. I love the whole invitation suite! Your guests will be very impressed. KarlaV
  2. TAMMYM The mini cakes with the calla lillies are my favorite! Is that just a picture you got from the internet, or is it from a place in Cabo? KarlaV
  3. Maria Elena, Did you have any problems not going through the Hilton for your music? I am having the toughest time with the Westin. They quoted me $1200 an hour!!!!! And they say I HAVE to go through them. Does anyone know what my options are? KarlaV
  4. Tammy- very cool invitations!! I especially like how you carried the image throughout the wedding website and t-shirts. Does anyone know where to find some letterpress invitations that are not so expensive? I found two invitations I really like, but they are a little out of my price range.
  5. We really want to drive through Europe for our honeymoon. If we do, it will be a few months after we get married. And depending if we stayed within budget!
  6. Girls, Has anyone taken a Pilates Class? Not a mat class, but with the actual Pilates contraption thing? A local studio in town charges $65 a class!! Seems outrageous. I just wanted to know if it was worth it. If not, I'll stick to my spin class. KarlaV
  7. I don't have a picture of me in my dress, but heres a pic of it:
  8. Hey Sarah I've never tried the Body For Life program, so I don't know what kind of cardio is involved. But I am one of those people who cannot stand to go to the gym- much less run on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I get bored. The only class I can do is Spin Class. It totally kicks my butt and its fun. You should try it. I guarantee you'll shed some pounds. I am also a total believer in the Adkins diet. I know a lot of people say its bad. But it totally works. I lost something like 15 pounds when I was on it. You have to be very dedicated though. Karla V

  12. We are going with an eternity band. I thought about the fact that it could not be re-sized, but I fell in love with it. I uploaded an image of it in the vBPICGallery. P.S. our friend owns a wholesale diamond store in Dallas. We got our E-ring and had it insured for twice what we paid. If anyone will be in Dallas, I can give you the shop address! KarlaV
  13. Thanks Raina, That was super useful info. I'll check out those websites. I would love to see your review of the band you hired. KarlaV
