Kim~ I am so sorry this happened to you. I am very shocked and saddened. You should not have been treated like this. I was hoping that Daniella was going to better becuase with her fast responses I assumed she was more organized. You should definitely contact the general manager. Her name is Prisca and her email is [email protected] We have recently expressed several of our concerns with Prisca as my fiance met her at one of the other Rius this year. She recently moved to the Riu Cabo and I hope that she can brind some resolve to all of this for you. I am definitely not excited about this at all and it really worries me. My wedding is in 15 days. I actually have already started to organize all my emails since Daniella does quote things differently that Adriana. On a lighter note I am sure you will have some beautiful pictures that will be here soon from Juan. I know through everything you were a beautiful bride and are now married and starting a new time in your lives.
