Kristi, Sorry so many questions. I know it is already overwhelming enough. I was wondering what location at the HIlton you are holding your wedding. 49 is a good number. What number did you tell Emeline at first? I estimated 75 in September, when we are inviting 150. I still have no clue how many we will have.

I would like to give my guests a brochure that includes local interests/activities. SOmething simple, not a book Does anyone know a way I could get a hold of a bunch of these?

I had some issues with the timing that was being suggested at the resorts and hotels. they wanted everything to be done by 10pm. I ended up paying extra to move everyone into a ballroom at 10pm for dancing, dessert and drinks.

Great idea. I better start drinking!

I mix together some low cal cereal (love Barbara's Puffins.) with some peanuts and raisins. Healthy and filling. Fruit is always a good bet. Sugar free Jell-o pudding snacks. 94% FF popcorn. Kettle brand baked chips.
