    Whoo hooo! I just got done with 25 min of cardio. Not a lot I know, but I haven't moved my body (except to walk to the fridge) since October so I didn't want to kill myself. I feel so much better already.

    I am walking to "Unsingable Name" by Mike Doughty. Love it. This actually brings up a question I have. How do you get the song played? The Dj isn't starting until after cocktail hour so I don't think there will be speakers set up for the ceremony. How does this work?

    Once we get a better handle on budget when people start rsvping we might try to work this into our wedding. I love the idea - esp in Mexico where you can get such great colors and light.

    We are spending $2900 for 8 hours. I think we are just lucky that cabo has good photogs that are relatively cheap. We are having a DW so that we can keep the guest list small. Not so much to save money, but more because we want to be able to treat the guests that do come really well. The pics are all we have in the end, but I don't want them to be full of miserable faces bc we spent more on the photog than we did on caring for our guests.

    I say #2. #3 is too much pink. #1 is my second choice, but I like the simplicity of #2 better.

    We have used vrbo.com for a Whistler trip and an Oregon coast trip. They are great. We actually put a link to it on our wedding website.

    If you do the fans yourself you can do a simple program on the other side. Maybe just put the names of the people in the wedding, songs, etc.

    Has anyone used seafans in their centerpieces? Or has anyone even seen one? They are pretty cheap and big - I think they would make a big impact with my whole "coral" theme. I just don't know 1) how to make them stand up and 2) if they are too fragile to use.

    Sarah - Those look great! I actually really like the crazy glitter glass. Maybe you could even alternate tables with flowers or grass.

    Natalie - You set the RSVP deadline for 12/22, so 6 months before the wedding? I want to set it that early too, but didn't know how soon was too soon. Actually, I'd like people to have to say yes/no by tomorrow, but since the STD's aren't out yet I guess that won't happen.

    Thanks all. Does the iron on paper work well? I'm afraid it will peel off the bog. Actually, I might copy and use the boat bags with no logo. That way people can use them after without having our wedding date and logo splashed all over the place.

    For all of you who have had OOT bags/shirts/hats embroidered or printed with a logo or image of your own, what is the average cost? Is that something you can just go to Kinko's and have done?

    I made boarding pass STD's and put the monogram on the back of them. I also plan on using it on the programs, menus, etc. I might put it on the OOT bags as well.

    I forgot to show you girls my monogram! I copied Sarah and used Creative Montage. I had them make a custom monogram using the coral in their invites.
