I gotta say I'm more of a "have a little of the real stuff" kinda girl. I feel like it's better to have a small amount of normal stuff - like real sour cream, cheese, etc - to satisfy a craving. A lot of time the "low fat" stuff ends up being not that much lower in fat and sometimes more sugar. Plus, the real stuff satisfies the craving with a smaller amount. With the fat free/low fat stuff you eat more so it end up being the same.
