  5. I just finished the DVD. I did the "Thursday" pre-set workout - core, arms, cardio. It was super good for the arms and abs. The cardio was a bit light - but good for my off days. It was enough to make me sweat a little. THe arms part was really good. I love that you can basically pick whatever routine you want. Overall, I recommend it!
  6. I had all 4 taken out when I was 16. It wasn't that bad bc they knock you out. I agree the root canal procedure is worse - but I think the recovery for wisdom teeth is longer and less fun. Don't worry - just follow the doctor's orders and you will be fine!
  7. I think it would be great. I bet it will totally make people cry!
  8. I got my Womens Health Wedding workout dvd so I'm going to try it out tonight!
  9. Way to go ladies!! This thread is my new fav!
  10. I keep a thing of egg whites in the fridge at work and heat those up when I want eggs.
  11. That looks GREAT!!! I'm so happy you found such a perfect place.
  12. Whoo hoo! I am so excited for her - I totally have butterflies! I know she will be a stunning bride. I just hope Terry doesn't pass out when he sees how amazing she looks.
  13. I went to the gym this morning. I thought I would try it out because this way, the workout for the day is done - no problem. I got there at 5 and did 45 minutes of cardio. That's all I did because I wanted to make sure I had time to get ready and make it to the ferry. I think I like doing it this way. I could be singing another tune later today though if I'm exhausted!
  14. Welcome back ladies! This is so my favorite thread because it totally motivates me. Plus, it's almost like a reward to be able to post here after I work out!
  15. Those pics are total works of art. Plus, I made FI watch and now he kinda wants to do this!
  16. Susan - you rock! Thanks for the great advice. I forgot to mention before that some muscle work is needed. I didn't start losing bf until I started with strength work. One thing that worked for me/was hard for me - building leg muscle. For me legs is an area where I don't see huge changes, so I work out my arms and core more because I like instant gratification. But legs make up more of your body weight %. When you start building muscle there, your bf percentage goes down more drastically. So don't ignore those legs!
  17. Quaker Oats weight conrol oatmeal. I keep a box in my desk and make it when I get to work. It has 7 g of protein, keeps me full, and is sweet and yum! It is 3 WW points.
  18. The best way is to lose bf is to do long amount of cardio (no less than 45 min) at around 70% of your max heart rate ( which is slow) 4-6 times a week.
  19. You make me miss living in LA. I LOVE C&O!
  20. Just to prepare you there may be a second wave of boredom. I did kinda what you did and had tons done before we were engaged. Now that we are 7 months away we are just waiting to see how many guests are coming. I can't do any of the fun stuff I want (like OOT bags) until I know how many people are coming. It's killing me!!

Can you buy bulk flowers and have them arrange them? I know Merryme used a bulk place and said the flowers were great.
