    I went to the gym this morning - 45 minutes stairs and some light abs. Not my best, but not bad for having such a crappy week last week.

    I was at a training all last week so I only worked out 2 days. YUCK!! I had been so good for the 2 weeks before that going to the gym 5 days each week. But I just got home from the gym - I did 45 minutes on the stair machine and some light abs. I think I might do a video later. I have a little over 3 weeks left so I really need to pay attention to my diet. I am 12 days with no soda though!! Jen - You are totally motivating me to focus. Thanks!!!

    I got mine from here: Metal Luggage Tags: Custom Engraved Luggage tag They were the cheapest I could find for metal ones. Plus engraving is free. I got mine with no engraving and they took $.25 off each one. I like them because they are simple.

    Way to get into the gym! Even if it took some mental prodding. I went running this morning and did abs and arms in my hotel room. It's so hard to workout well when away from home in a hotel with no gym - but I'm trying.

    We were in Cabo Aug 3 -5 of this year for our site visit. It was hot - not gonna lie - but not unbearable. The thing is that people are just going to be laying out and sweating anyway. You'll be fine.

    It was totally worth it. IMHO hair is the most imporant accessory a girl has. I have always spent $ to have a good cut. I don't get color done usually, so I save there - but have always and will always spend $$$$ on good cuts. I'm so glad you found a new place you like.

    Hey Jules - Do you think it would be worth it for people with normal lashes? For my BD pics I just had mascara - and I think it looked fine. I have normal/long dark lashes and don't know if it would be worth the $$. TIA!

    I wanna play in this thread!!!!!!!!!! I went to the gym every morning this week!! I did bw 30 and 50 minutes of cardio every day, abs every day, and arms a couple of times. I've also (finally) decided to give up my one true love - diet coke. It's been 2 days and I'm ok - not even craving it. I had my final dress fitting today and it fits perfectly so I just need to maintain for one month.

    That totally sucks!!! Think of it this way...when you are both 80 years old and think back about your wedding your FI will remember that his father was there to share the day. I doubt you will look back and remember how sad you were about changing the date. It doesn't help for your crappy feeling right now, but in the long run you will feel good about your decision.
