I went to the gym this morning - too bad the opening person was almost an HOUR late!!! SUCKED!! I only managed to get in 35 minutes on the stairs before I had to leave for work. My DH is going running with me after work though - that should help. I just had a yummie sandwich: Dave's Killer Bread with 1 laughing cow light cheese spread on it and cucumbers. The bread is high calorie (120 a slice) but it is SO filling and good! It's the only bread I eat anymore.

I've been dying to - but at my gym the crossfit trainer doesn't get in until 7AM which is too late for me to workout. The guys who were in that movie 300 did crossfit. My DH is obsessed with it - wants to open a crossfit gym.

My old roommate named her daughter Bernice after her grandma. Sounds awful, right? But they only call her Bernie which is SO cute!

I did mine through Sallie Mae too - low rate back in 2005 when I did it. I have the $$ taken directly from my bank account. Super easy to deal with.

Keep up the good work ladies! I've be good so far with respect to food. Hoping to go running with the dogs after work. If I promise to take them, that usually motivates me to go.

I was good today so far. At the gym at 5:30 - did 45 min on the beastly stair machine and 20 min of light lifting. I stopped at S-bucks this morning bc we have NO food in our home and got their protein pack for breakfast. I had the hard boiled egg, grapes, apple, and slice of cheese after my workout. I saved the mini bagel w peanut butter for a morning snack. So far so good!!!

I took a before shot last night and I'll post it once we are done!!
