  1. Amy you looked gorgeous! I love your dress and flowers. The location is breathtaking. Everything looked perfect! What were the green palms for? I saw them on the ground in one of the ceremony shots.
  2. Congratulations girls! I hope your wedding day exceeds your expectations and I wish you many years of happiness Hurry back and tell us all about it!
  3. I did the spray tan where they use the airbrush thing and it's a real person that applies it- not the booth kind. I was really happy with my results, although I'm not a really pasty person to start with. If you do it, make sure you exfoliate well ahead of time and don't go too dark- I think that's key. You might consider having it done once ahead of time to make sure you like it.
  4. upload your pics to a hosting site like Photobucket.com, then copy/paste the IMG code into your post

If you're making your pages in Lumapix, or some other software, it just saves the page- not what runs off it- does that make sense? So if it's a 12x12 page, but the pic extends a 1/2 inch when you export it to a jpg file to upload, the page is still 12x12.
  6. Great review Jill! Thanks for sharing About the video- I'm so glad you got one. Note to future brides: I can't tell you how many people weren't going to get a video, or decided at the last second and totally were happy they did it. I still watch mine probably once a month.
  7. OK, this might not be exactly the answer you were looking for, but it was the easiest way I could think to explain it. I've made 4 shared ink books now... If I make a 12x12 book, I format my pages to be 12x12, understanding that a little of the edges is going to get cut off. If it's a full bleed, I just make the picture go off the page a little. If it's a bordered page, I make sure I have at least 1/2 inch all the way around, an inch is preferable. Does that help at all? I'd have to dig a little to find out if the measurements you're talking about are correct, and I think the way I do it is a little easier... Just make sure you email Chris and ask for your full-bleed pages if you don't have a pro account.
  8. I love it Christa! You look gorgeous! It looks sexy and professional at the same time- is that possible? Apparently so, because you've pulled it off So perfect: new job, new hair, new life. I love it.
  9. I never use the hotel safe. I don't travel with valuables, but when we were in Cabo for the wedding we had to leave our wedding bands in the room, and some cash for vendors. We hid the cash inside our clothes and socks in the suitcase, and also would put our camera inside on the rare occasion we didn't have it with us. We have small travel locks with a combination that we use for all our suitcases, that way one doesn't look more suspicious than the other.
  10. Aww Susan, I love the part about Matt's dad & the ring. That is so cool
  11. omg Susan your pics are breathtaking and your dress is soooo fabulous. Your dress has always been one of my favorites on here, and seeing it in pics I wasn't disappointed! Your photographer did an amazing job, and I can't get over the price! You got a definite steal with that one. There are so many great ones I don't know where to start. I love your sig, the one with you and your wedding party on the rocks, by the light house, all the details, I could go on and on. Fantastic!
  12. Good to know Jules! I'll definitely have to check it out. I also went to the MAC counter before my wedding and bought everything she tried on me. I got so many great comments about my makeup on my wedding day, and also whenever I wear the stuff I bought (it has to be "special occasion" makeup for me because I break out pretty much anytime I wear foundation of any kind). I wish I had known about the fix spray, but honestly, my makeup stayed on just fine, even through the reception and the wild dancing
  13. Happy birthday Tammy! I hope you are enjoying your first birthday as a new mommy. Hopefully you all can do something fun as a family. Once again, thanks for all you do- you are such a wonderful person
  14. Good to see you Natalie! I was wondering how things were going. I can't wait to find out what you're having Sorry you're so sick- what a bummer.
  15. Do you nean boarding passes or actual tickets? Here are some boarding passes I did for a friend who is taking her kids to Disney in January. She's giving them these at Christmas- this is just my rough draft. Diaz Boarding Pass.doc
  16. Congrats Toby! Can't wait to hear the rest of the story...
  17. Aww Jill, you looked so pretty & happy! Everything was gorgeous- your dress, your hair & flower, and I loved your bouquet! I haven't made it through all of them yet but just wanted to tell you how happy I am for you! Oh yeah- and your daughter is just the cutest thing ever!
  18. You're such a sweetie Morgan! Your friend will love her book. Isn't making photobooks addicting? I've been agonizing over my wedding album for months now. I have to stop changing things! I just always think of something different I want to do I can spend literally hours at a time...
  19. Congratulations! Great sigs everyone- glad so many people participated!
  20. We were taking pics during the cocktail hour, so it actually was after the cocktail hour, before dinner. It worked out really well.
