  1. OK, first of all, Happy Birthday! I hope you have a great day today... you're one of the sweetest people I know, so I hope your birthday is just as sweet. Secondly, I LOVE LINKIN PARK TOO! And omg, I'm sooo freakin jealous that you're going to see them! What an awesome present- Cain rocks

  3. Oooh, that's fabulous Jen! I can't tell you how much fun we had doing our TTD. It's one of those things I definitely wish I could do again. Juan is such a pleasure to work with, and of course, we all know he does amazing work. You're going to have so many great photos!
  4. Wow Paula- everything looks amazing! Have a wonderful time!
  5. Oh wow- I thought I was the only person in the world with this problem! I'm not in the greatest shape right now, but even when I used to run miles a day, I turn BEET RED any time I get hot. I was so worried about this during the wedding, so I made sure to drink a ton of water and keep a fan around so I could cool myself. People ask me all the time if I'm ok. It even happens at work if I'm hot from being really busy- I turn beet red there too. Just my face, nothing else. Basically any time I workout, get hot, eat spicy food, or drink. Fun times.
  6. What about a signature martini in your wedding colors? I'd personally go wine heavy, but that's just my crowd...
  7. Connie- what kind of red & turquoise are you looking for? Are these close? Here are a couple I whipped up really quick. I can tweak the colors easily, and def do something with your clip art if you email it to me ([email protected]) or post it here.
  8. Wow Sol- what a fun time your guests had! That's so awesome that you know the area so they could see all the best sights. Thanks for the great review- I'm sure this will be very useful for brides in the future
  9. Beautiful pictures- you really looked like you were having fun with your TTD...and like Court, I love the starfish chair ties!
  10. That makes sense about the last names...lol I thought that was Carpenter I remember when you were looking for that one- I actually forgot about it. Thanks for sharing! I really like the Helinda Rook script too. I think I've also seen that one before, just never saved it- now I have! Thanks for sharing. Fonts can make or break a project- your selection is superb! Much impressed, once again. They are lovely, and your guests will be blown away by your creativity (although they won't believe you made them!).
  11. Aww, that's cute that you just now noticed them- I love delayed surprises
  12. Amy I think they are amazing! I agree with Christine- I'd maybe center the parents' names- other than that I wouldn't change a single thing.... OK, you know I'm a font junkie. Will you share what fonts you used? I really love the script one your names are in- but would love to know which you used for everything if you're willing to spill the secret
  13. Wow Jessica... those are absolutely AMAZING! I didn't even realize you were doing this- I'm sooo impressed Your guests are so lucky. Can I come to your wedding? lol
  14. Well, I got married in Cabo, so it's probably not as relevant of an answer, but we did it right at the resort. The photographer hired the horses (not the typical junky beach rental horses either, they were actually from a professional stable a little ways down the road). It also helped that I own horses so I was a little more comfortable riding a trained horse- he knew that. It does decrease stress, only if you know how to ride! lol That's why we did it after the wedding- to have something fun to do to relax afterwards. Be careful about the lightweight dress- you know what happens to white when it gets wet...
  15. Happy birthday Mel! I hope you have a wonderful day
  16. Congrats Alyssa! So happy to have you join us mods!
  17. What I do is save the file to the desktop, unzip the file to the desktop, then drag and drop my font into the fonts folder which is in the control panel. Then restart your program & it will be there.
  18. Wow- if she supplies 24 lanterns for $180 that's an awesome deal! I brought my own 24 lanterns (purchased at asianideas.com) and was charged $180. Make sure you double-check on that, or bring your emails. She will honor them. I brought luminaria bags. I used a decorative punch for the top. I had 100 of them for the Oceana Terrace.
  19. We had lived together for 2 years, but didn't spend the night together the night before the wedding. We had our welcome dinner the night before, spent some time with guests, then I helped him move his clothes & stuff for the wedding to his own room. He and I each stayed alone the night before the wedding. At the moment it was stressful- I was having a mini-meltdown...not about getting married, just that this was my last night "alone" and didn't want to leave his room. It was really hard to do, but I'm so glad we did. We both spent that time apart writing letters to eachother that we read right before the wedding. It was a very special time. The morning of the wedding I woke up early, worked out alone, met family/friends (not DH) for breakfast, then went back to my room and spent some more time alone. Oddly, I really loved that alone time the day of my wedding. It was a great time to reflect on our relationship and get myself ready for the vows I was going to say and promise I was making. At noon I went to the hotel salon (again, alone) and had my hair done and drank champagne. Then, once I got back to the room, my friends and family (all the girls) brought their stuff to my room to get ready. All the guys went to Jeff's room to get ready. We didn't do pictures beforehand, and didn't see eachother until I walked down the aisle. The anticipation was unbelievable. It was so wonderful- I absolutely wouldn't do it any other way if I could do it again.
  20. No prob- I know what you mean... I only recently learned that you could do this in Word
  21. In Word or Works, click "File" then "Format Page". From there you can edit the size of your page and easily make your own template.
  22. What is it that you are wanting to print? Are you just trying to size your text in Word or something?
  23. Gorgeous! Simply breathtaking... there are so many great pics I don't know where to start. The hair flipping pic is awesome- that pic is really going to get talked about... so cool! And the horse pics in the water are seriously AWESOME... Now I want to do a TTD again so I can ride in the water! Congratulations!
  24. Actually I can't think of anyone on here that's had Suzanne Morel herself. I've always heard of people using her salon- but not her personally. I know Edyta didn't use her.
  25. I did curves about 5 years ago. It really worked well for me then, and I did it with a friend. I honestly didn't have that much to lose at that time, but I lost 10 pounds, like 12 or so inches, and really toned up a ton. I just don't have time for it right now, but I definitely would recommend it. And I agree with the 5 times a week thing. I used to go every day, and also did Tae-bo twice a week at home.
