Thanks for the info Stephanie. It's always good to have different options when planning such a big project! I'm in the beginning stages of my SharedInk book. I am too much of a perfectionist, so I keep rearranging and deleting and starting over. Tammy, did you ever find your code for the 12x12? No hurry, I probably won't want to order for another couple weeks. By the way, how long did it take to get your sharedink book?

OK so I weighed in today and basically had a really bad week! It started off great, lots of exercise and staying with the points. Well, then there was the weekend from hell: a goodbye party for my coworker on Friday, a total of 10 hours of sleep for three days (nights, whatever...) which leads to tired snacking at work...overall 12 points over my flex points and I only lost 1/2 pound! Arrgghhh! Oh well, try harder next week...

I really just think it is a personal preference and depends on who you would be sending them too. My STD's were quite elaborate but I had fun making them (wow- I already got over the "I'm never doing this again!" Scary). I'm sure I will come up with something to make that looks similar to the STD's to keep the theme going. We have a lot of people who would like to be a part but won't be able to make it, so it is important to FI & I that people still receive an invite. I probably will make it be a combo invite/announcement of some sort.

Welcome Amy! I think the all inclusive resort is the way to go for the bride on a budget. Most AI's have minimal charges for private events and it really helps the budget in terms of alcohol and food costs. Good luck and happy planning!

Hi Lee, Welcome to the board! First of all, don't believe everything you read. Some people are impossible to please, and in terms of reviews- good news travels fast but bad news travels 10 times faster! What I mean is, people only tend to post the bad reviews, but think of the thousands of people who stay at these places and have a wonderful time, but haven't posted a review. I also read those reviews and get totally scared from time to time, but have to remember my site visit and how wonderful the resort was while we were there. While on our site visit, we stayed at Riu and visited Dreams, both are lovely resorts. If you are looking at April 2007, it may just be a matter of which resort having an opening because a couple months ago I know that availability was extremely limited for both places.
