Scottsdale Resorts & Carefree Arizona Hotels - The Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa I haven't been to the Hotel Ho, but that was where the photog I was gonna go with for my BD shoot recommended. Wow that place looks great it's pretty perfect 20 mins isn't bad is it? hmmm I'll have to think about it, it seems like there are so many great areas to stay all the choices it's hard

I'm new to AZ, but I just went out on a desert jeep tour and it was the most awesome thing I've done here so far. Learned all about the desert, which sounds lame, but it was so great. I would toally recommend it. No not at all that sounds amazing and something were both totally into...who was the tour by?

I work at most of the hotels out here for work & am happy to give you any ideas. P.S. Why oh why is he a Cardinals fan? lol he played football in highschool and his team was called the cardinals and he always cheers for the underdog..that's ok atleast i benefit from it by going to a nice place yes please any advice would be great, would love to hear your personal opinion since you've actually seen most of the hotels and what is your fav place to eat? i was kinda looking for something that might have a fab patio, beautiful view and surroundings

  11. Our one year anniversary is almost here and I wanted to surprise Terry with tickets to his fav NFL team the Arizona Cardinals...wanted to fly down in september stay for 3 nights...the plan was first night (game night) wanted to stay near the stadium and after that wanted to get a really nice romantic hotel for us...so my question is where should we stay? I heard Scottsdale is beautiful or is Pheonix better? Help please?
  12. I just think that is ridiculous their already making tons of money off of you and for them to charge an outside vendor fee or even now not allow it all is just plain greedy..i definately would not recommend eith one of these chains to anyone

Thanks for all the details you put on the blog - it's help immensely!
  17. I would say no just because every resort always has a bunch of problems when they first open and it takes a while for the service of the hotel to get to where it needs to be...I've never stayed at a secrets resort before so maybe they are different but I have stayed at 4 brand new resorts and it usually takes them about half a year. Dont mean to discourage you but that is just my personal opinion...but definately talk to a travel agent Good Luck!!
  18. to the forum!! My husband and I stayed at the Barcelo Maya Colonial for Christmas and walked over and took a tour of the palace before it opened and it truly is a beautiful hotel but it is a lot of walking from rooms to the main lobby so make sure u ask for rooms close to the lobby
  19. I seriously wouldn't recommend getting married their anytime soon. The hotel is gorgeous but I really don't think they are anywhere near ready to host a wedding...sorry don't mean to discourage anyone but I thnk u will b dissapointed with slow service and a lot of unorganization at the time...it's your wedding so I think you should b at a resort that has been functioning for a while such as Dreams Cabo where they know what their doing Give the princess atleast another 8 months to b where it should
  20. Laura I missed your wedding pics, where did u post them? they look gorgeous Quote: Originally Posted by David and Laura I loved my photographer. 21. welcome to the forum!!! aww don't change your mind based on other people's opinions....what's most important to you in a hotel? maybe we can help you out more that way...I know for my wedding the beach was important to me and the size of the resort, I wanted something more boutique style
  22. They all look so amazing on u but I definately have to say that the 2nd one is my fav..I think the style fits u best...but keep looking maybe there's something better out there
