    Welcome Laura!!!! congrats on ur engagemnet and great pick on the el dorado absolutely love their Casitas....u will find tons of pics and slideshows on this forum of el dorado and Jackie is tons of help so ask her lots and lots of questions cause she seems to know the answer to everything.... Your website is great I can't believe how much work and info you have already put into it, I've been so lazy and haven't even completed mine....as for getting engaged in Banff that's awesome, Banff is so beautiful let us know if you have any questions

    Rebecca - I'm a little late but still wanted to Wish you a big CONGRATS!!!!! I'm so happy that everything worked out amazing, your ceremony and reception looked so beautiful and honestly about the chairs for your ceremony I really liked them, I saw a set up for a ceremony on the beach with those kind of chairs covers but they were in a purpley colour (well I thought they were great) Hope you enjoyed your honeymoon and your arrival back home as a MRS...Yay so exciting.... Like everyone I can't wait to see your pics, hopefully they will be up soon

    Yes that helps alot, thank you...now I have tons of work to do it's a little stressful, I had already contacted Padre Juve and he didnt really have much to say just sent me the address of where the paper work needs to go...hopefully I will get this all done I only have 5 months....ahhhhhhhh

    Welcome to the forum...I stayed at the Riu in Nassau in July..the resort was just steps away from Atlantis, it is an amazing resort it is its own little down. So many cute shope and things to do and they got a Gucci and Versace store there...Woohooo enjoy the planning

    This question is mainly for the ladies who have already gotten married but if someone one else can answer this question that would be awesome.... Can you list the timeline of day of wedding starting from when u got,than the spa stuff ceremony and dinner? I really need to know times because I have to concept of how long things might take and am unsure of what time to hire the music for and tell the photographer to come to the resort for pics.. example: 9am: got up had breakfast 11:00am: hair and makeup 1:00: pics at the resort etc....

    Hi Anny...the Catholic Church will actually not allow you to get married anywhere else but the church...I already tried asking about it because I wanted to do that but its a no go...so instead I will be getting married at the Catholic church in San Jose

    Can anyone recommend a good Mariachi band? would like to use them for cocktail hour...Dreams is offering one for $700/hr that seems a lot to me anyone else think so or is this reasonable?

    Terry and I met 3 years ago in Cancun....we've been doing the long distance thing for three years now, he's from Calgary and Im from Toronto for all of you who dont know where Calgary is it's a 4 hour flight from Toronto sooooo far....we got engaged last December in Cancun

    Welcome Lindsey...a lot of people have been having problems with getting a hold of anyone at the Riu, if within your budget look at getting an outside wedding coordinator might save you a lot of stress...welcome to the forum and good luck with your planning

    Ho Heather welcome to the best wedding forum EVER!!! so glad you joined the Cabo team, there's tons of us here...good luck with all the planning. As for photographers I am using Juan Carlostapia but since yo are on a budget he might be a little too much for you, not too sure as what you want to spend on a photographer....if you are looking to save some cash trying looking into the resorts photographer he might be a lot cheaper
