I wil lprobably offer water and a juice type drink. My dad likes to party and will be super nervous, I don't want him to get wasted before he walks me down the aisle!

Yesterday I did shoulders, biceps, triceps and cardio. Today I only have time for cardio and abs.

We are leaving for Cabo on Tuesday and the wedding is Friday. We will be changing hotels after our guests leave for the honeymoon. We wil be there two weeks total.

I am so going to exercise hell right now! I only worked out one time last week cause my FI grandmother passed away and we were busy with his family every single day until Monday night. Last week was so draining. I am back on the wagon though and did chest, lats and 45 minutes of cardio. I am so paying for it today!

Ok girls, we are having a large AHR and I must find a way to let people know its adults only. Most normal people would think that if it is only addressed to Mr. & Mrs. then no kids are invited, but my dad's family has no clue! For example my cousin is getting married 07/07/07 and I asked my dad if he got her invitation yet and he said "invitations, we're mexican!" WTF?! Are you serious! This is exactly what I do not want to happen to us. Also his parents are paying for the AHR and his mom thinks that this party is no place for children. They are paying so now I must get the word out. Someone save me!

Last night I did triceps, biceps and 40 minutes of cardio.

I am in the process right now and just finished my 2nd session. I did see results after the 1st session and can't wait until this hair is gone! I am doing my underarms, sideburn area, bikini. It is pricey but I could care less at this point!

Thats great 3 lbs! Good job. I keep forgetting to post. Last Thursday I did cardio and legs, Friday cardio and lats. Then I took Sat-Tuesday off (bridal shower, work, etc.)

I am wearing some undies that say just married. I just got them as a present. I might wear a bustier Designer Intimates or Designer Intimates I wore one when I tried on the dress and it looked good.

Last night I did 40 minutes of cardio and chest. I think I did enough walking at work to make up for only doing 40 minutes of cardio.

I thought it would count! I am back on the wagon and did 30 minutes of stairmaster, 20 of the treadmill and then did biceps and triceps.

So I guess I didnt have to order them for the bridal shower, my BM's are doing everything. I told them not to worry just one less thing they have to do for the shower.
