  1. Ok ladies, my bridemaids are all wearing different colors of the same dress. They are going to be holding white peonies, but my question is are the colors suppose to be the same as the bridemaids dresses?

Those are really cute, try white aisle website

  4. My WC contacted Manuel and he is set to shoot our wedding!! If anyone is interested, he requires half of the total cost to secure the date.
  5. This thread is freaking me out! I have always used Expedia and never had a problem with them. All of my friends use them as well and have never had a problem either. It's good to be aware....
  6. Are any of you using makeup primer for your wedding? Or does anyone know any useful information about it.....
  7. We finally decided on using Manuel Burgoin for our pictures. We are going to use him for 4 1/2 hours the day of the wedding and 1 1/2 hours for day after the wedding pictures around town. I wanted to get a jump on it, so I can get my first choice!
  8. I think I like these for the wedding invites http://www.whiteaisle.com/palm_beach_invitation.htm and this one I am going to use for our party when we come home http://www.whiteaisle.com/peony_invitation.htm I am going to use peony flowers for the center pieces @ the party....
  9. We are thinking of these for save the dates and including a newsletter on some cute paper. http://www.whiteaisle.com/boarding_pass.htm
  10. My niece will be 11 by then but my newphew will only be 6 yrs old. He loves the pool and the beach though so that should be good.
  11. Breakfast- Oatmeal, coffee Snack-Protein bar Lunch-Salad with tuna, diet coke(empty calories, but I don't buy soda so I only drink it at work.) Snack/Pre-workout-Protein shake Dinner-This one is hard, not sure yet......I am pretty tired when this time, probably just chicken and veggies. Workout- 3 miles treadmill and stairmaster combined and legs
  12. Our group has never been to cabo, so they are up for anything! The zipline thing looks fun, and the guys all want to go fishing. Did anyone book these activities online? I would like to get these activities paid for before we leave. Does anyone know if there are any fun things for children?
  13. I am also getting the blood work done Wednesday for the wedding Friday. I am not quite sure all documents needed since my wedding is not until next year. Good luck with the details, just remember people down there are pretty relaxed when it comes to documents. I am sure Maye probably works with the same people who handle the paperwork.
  14. This is a great idea! Today after working 12 hours, I am going to run 3 miles and do arms.
  15. Now that you ask, I am not quite sure. I will have to contact the WC and get back to you. Quote: Originally Posted by KARLA But is the rest due before your wedding or right after? 16. My WC said that 25% of the wedding costs have to be payed before the wedding. The rest of the total cost can be payed when we get down to Cabo.
  17. We did have to pay location fee for the beach area for the whole day and the reception area at PB Sunset beach. For the reception the costs for linens and tables, chairs and the basics were covered in the price. I am not certain that all the guests are going to stay at PB so we payed the fees and if they do then they will apply the cost to bar or food.
  18. Sarah- I know what you mean about happy weight gain. My FI says the weight gain is good, it just means i am really happy. He is sweet but come on! Every girl wants to trim down before the wedding. I am going to start training again for a local relay run. Last year when i started training i lost 12 lbs right before my eyes. I noticed it but was more concerned I was going to be the slowest one on my team so i worked my butt off!
  19. Mariaelm- You are so awesome with your research! Did you book your hotel and flight with expedia as well? 20. Did any of you have to pay location fees at the hotel for ceremony or reception areas?
  21. Are most of you booking a rental car through the company directly or a travel website as part of your flight and hotel package?
  22. Do you guys think that $500. per hr is too much for harp and gutiar music? I was also quoted $400. per hr for flute & gutiar. They would be used only for the ceremony.

    Hi!

here is my 2 cents. i have been to PV several times and it is fun and has cobble stone streets, but the water is nothing to rave about. although i am getting married in cabo and have never been there, everyone says the water is beautiful and is very romantic.
  24. That's not too surprising....i work @ the jail in santa cruz and you would be amazed what people (females too) get into jail. its pretty gross, but medical staff and the hospital deal with those issues.....
  25. Thanks for the tip! I will have to book the RD far in advanced.
