We also want to do the bonfire... Still havent decided on a photographer I love Juan but hes not available... Trying to find a rental company for either white folding chairs or Chivari style chairs as I dislike chair covers so much! Any help would be appreciated! I am looking forward to Sarahs big day and her pictures in the upcoming weeks.... thanks aj In the beginning, getting ahold of her is very frustrating... Did you complete the reservation form and everything online You should be fine if you have done that. Also, you won't hear much from her until you get a little closer to your date. Again, very frustrating, but that seems to be the way that they work. I would just keep emailing & things ~ she will get back to you.

I just sent her an email and asked if she could make them for us, and it's not a problem.
  5. You look great - and I can't wait for full reviews and more pictures...
  6. Thanks for sharing - reminds me of some things I've got left to do yet...

Kelly~ Guess I didn't think of the whole name thing - I've seen it this way before, and thought it would be a great way for our guests to find each other. Nobody is going to hurt my feelings if they don't want to use it. And thanks for all the thoughts and ideas everybody. I they still need something in the lower right hand corner, but I am going to use the tags on the fans for the cermony.

Sorry, I don't have an actual template. I just used an 8x11.5 piece of paper - turned landscape, you can fit 3 to a page. I made mine 3 1/4" inches wide by 8 inches tall. For the cirlce for the part to go over the door knob, I used a 2" circle cutter that I have for scrapbooking. To make the rounded top, I again used a portion of a circle cutter for scrapbooking. Then I used a corner rounder on the bottom edges.... Hope that helps some.
  9. How fun!!! I just had mine taken today. I can't wait to see.

  12. OK, today's DIY project is the door hangers for guest rooms... Each has the name(s) of the guests, and how we know them. My question - does this need something else Cardstock: Stampin' Up Carribbean Cool Pattern Paper: Crate Paper (Carnival Collection) Ribbon: Misc. And then for the poll here are the options: Option 1: Option 2: Option 3: TIA!
  13. My understanding is that the Santa Fe is a "hotel" class - meaning that if you book and stay at the Palace, you can go to the Santa Fe and use their ammenities, but if you book and stay at the Santa Fe, you can not use the ammenities at the Palace... I want to say that it opens this fall, but I am not 100% positive. Did you check the RIU website?
  14. Looks like everybody had a great time. I can't believe your wedding is so close, I can't wait to hear all about it.

  16. I paid $175.00 for the shoot today - and then next week I'm getting together to pick my pictures and things, and have my book made. I was going to do the book on my own, but I am just running out of time... Thanks for the compliments on the shorts - they were really easy to do. Now I must find more things to iron on - much fun.
  17. It's about a vendor.... NOt that anybody has done anything, I just have a question.
  18. Can either Tammy (host) or one of the moderators PM me, I have a stupid question to ask.....

Welcome & Congrats Zoraida! You will find this to be one amazing and friendly place. Best of luck with your planning.
  20. Looks like everybody had a great time... Sorry to hear about the camera, that sucks.

Was it like little gems that you stuck to your boyshorts? That's such a cute idea! How fast did the 2.5 hours go? I'm trying to determine how much time to use! And last question (I swear!) was It as liberating as everyone says it is?! Ask questions - it was so much fun, and really I didn't want it to end.... For the boy shorts (give me 10 minutes and I'll post a pic of them) - I just used Heidi Swap Iron Ons (they are at AC Moore in the scrapbooking section) they are these fuzzy little letters.... And then I had a pair of black undies in a drawer that were brand new - took all of 20 minutes maybe to make them. The time few by.... We were supposed to be out of the room by 11:30, but didn't finish up until about noon.. But I changed a lot - and she took a ton of pictures. Yes, I'll show some as soon as I get them sent to me. I figure it'll be a couple of days. Liberating - oh yes... I just jumped right in though - the first shots that we did were with the shorts and no top looking out a window and things - so after that the rest was a breeze.
  22. I did get to peak at a few on the camera - I just hate my cheeks when I smile.... But other than that, I think they are going to come out really cool. We did some in the bathtub (it's one of those corner units) - where she focused on my feet & shoes, but bathroom was mirrored in that corner on both sides, so I got all the angles - VERY COOL....
  23. Very nice, what a great way to combine things around you. They had to smell awesome. Oranges - YUM, roses smell pretty...
  24. Congrats~!~ That is a beautiful dress to wear for your legal wedding...
