I don't mean to be nosy (i know i am spelling this word wrong but its late), but about how much? I am just getting an idea of what i should bring given they do a great job? $50, $100, $200 your thoughts?
what do you guys think about tips? is it proper ettique to tip our vendors other than there charge or is that not neccessary (maye, juan, marinna, ect)? Leaving soon and just finishing the final costs? Thanks
Hope you guys remember me....i have 2 weeks til the big day with 35 people joining us at the dreams. so exciting. I have everything planned right now EXCEPT the DJ. Maye ( i also am using maye as my cordinator who is amazingly helpful) has confirmed DJ Systems (i believe that is Ricardo) and i have spoken to David Flores myself. Both have quoted me the same price ....but dont know who to use. Any of you married ladies.......have any insight on good DJ's. I think that makes or breaks a good night. Our reception is actually in the Portofino Restaurant of the Dreams so are sort of inside and have our own dance floor (rehearsal dinner is on the terrace) Any recommendations
i was just scarded to carry around that much money in mexico. Does the hotel take credit card-- the dreams-- so that i can just pay their fees with credit??
hello ladies,
just wondering how you paid your vendors. Obviously i dont want to give them the full payment before the day of the event. Did you bring envelopes for each down there? I wanted to have everything paid before i left, but i dont know if that is the best way to go? Any advice??
hi-- i was thinking of also using a cd -- but then how is the cd played. do you need to hire the DJ for that hour and have him play it on his equipment. we are having our ceremony at the gazebo at the dreams and then taking the reception inside, so i was afraid he would have to set up twice??
