Hello welcome to the forum and congrats on both your engagement and the new house. :-) I think both an at home wedding and a destination wedding has it's pros and cons, I know some people have problems with family members being unable to attend your destination wedding, however the guest that are there, tend to be a very close group of friends and family and to me that was the most important thing for my destination wedding. I agree with the PP, some of the pain meds they put dogs on causes them to get a UTI, I would take him to the vet again to check for it. Also don't let his cast make you feel sorry for him, keep him in his crate while you are gone again until he can be counted on 100% of the time. then slowly give him access to the house again. My husband and I are into pet rescue, so we have had many dog issues come through our house. Amy and Joe were married at the Barcelo Palace, Riviera Maya in Feb. I thought you guys might like to see a sneak peak into their wedding. I will post photos from their TTD session at a later date. Goodness, there are so many beautiful resorts in Cabo, both AI and non AI. I was married at the Sheraton, which isn't AI, but I had a smaller wedding and it worked out better for us. Have you thought about contacting Tammy from this forum? She is a travel agent and specializes in Cabo, maybe she can help you come up with a few options that will be suitable from you and your guests. Hi Ali, I was just there a couple weeks ago and the resort is amazing, you'll have a wonderful time and a beautiful wedding. There is also a thread for all the brides that are getting married at the resort, you should check it out as it has a lot of planning details in there. Best of luck and welcome.
