Morgan I was wondering when you and Trish would find this thread. Ya know I was online this morning looking for ideas for the sig challenge and I fell upon this and it got my wheels turning. I can't view your pics at work, I'll have to check them out at home tonight. But after seeing the words spelled out I told DH that I want to do a sign with our last name on it. I was thinking about just buying the pictures you see on the sights, but then thought "hey, I can do this myself" and that's when it all clicked. lol

Let's keep all the entries in this thread. If it gets too crazy I'll create a new one. How about every Wednesday we do the next letter? If we find it doesn't take a full week for people to post, then we can shorten the time later. My personal goal is use the week to try to capture as many "A's" that I can find that week.. KWIM?

Oh yeah, your off getting married. Well I think that's a pretty good reason to not join in on the first two weeks. When do you leave?

Yeah, I've been trying to come up with ideas for "A" as well, I'm now looking at everything to see if I can see a letter formed from it.. lol BTW everyone make sure you keep each letter of the Alphabet that you take pics of, I have something fun we can do with them once we have completed all our letters. :-)

I thought it might be kind of fun to challenge those of us that are interested in photography either professionally or as a hobby. My challenge is this, every week will do one letter in the Alphabet of course starting with "A" for week one, "B" for week two and so on. Your challenge is capture a picture that looks like that weeks letter. So for example for "T" you might do something like this... This week is "A"... Who's with me?

Thanks ladies, My heart dropped when I heard the news. I'm not sure if you read but I was able to meet this little girl when we picked up our last foster, she was so tiny, and loved to give kisses.

*** UPDATE *** It is with heavy heart that Beate passed away today at 3:12. I don't know a lot of details, as the foster mom that was caring for her is having back surgery tomorrow. Were guessing it was from an infection. For those of you that made a donation to her THANK YOU.. Your donation will still be put to good use as we have another foster in our rescue group with a simiar problem (but 4yrs old) that is also needing surgery so we are going to put that money to help her "Deede"

Cute idea Erica, love that picture, you do look really happy in it..

You know what might be a cool idea? Maybe use the car rear view mirror or side mirror to do your reflection. What I liked about the engine reflection is that it had "interest" to the picture. Maybe like cool store window. or water reflecting your image... Something like that. Just an idea.

No I wouldn't say it's 5 feet. Maybe 2 or 3 once the side table it put there. I do have a matching ladder shelf that you see next to the TV. Currently it's in my dining room but I can put it there to see how it looks. I just think once the table and lamp are in that spot it might look cramped. But I'll try it.
