Maria, Our wedding is the same size as yours. I'm leaving tomorrow morning for Cabo for a site visit. We are looking at a few resorts that have that will fit our needs and I'll post a review when I return. There are a ton of places you can have your dinner, right now we are looking at Melia San Lucas, & Sheration. Do you want your ceremony on the beach? Please tell us what you invision and we can try to help you with some options.

Our colors are Green (like an Olive green but just a touch lighter) and a light ivory.

I hired Juan for two hours, so I picked 1-2. I only wanted ceremony pictures and after, our wedding is very small so I didn't thing anymore was needed.

I like: *Candles (white, green or dark blue) *Holiday decorations (Santa, snowmen, or kid tree Ornaments) *White fleece throw banket *Holiday theme, serving platter *Monogramed hand towel (with either a "B" or CBT) (would be cute to put out after we are married) Don't really need: *Coffee/Tea *Bathroom stuff (I have so much of it) *socks/slippers (I'm super picky about this type of stuff) *food of any kind *calendars A little bit about us as a couple: *We both enjoy snowboarding, surfing, inline skating & mountain biking *We do rescue/foster work for Boston Terriers *Were still in the process of decorating our first home together, our favorite stores are: Pottery Barn, West Elm, Pier One or Target

I agree with Kashmira, I think a long take or U-shaped one would be great for a small group.

Oh trust me, I will.. lol.. Its so funny because anytime I tell them about a vendor they recommended that received a bad review here or about prices and such her only response is "you can't believe everything you read online" BUT I totally trust you guys alot more then her.

We also did magnets and people loved them. Plus its right on their fridge so they won't forget what your wedding date is. I find that many people either loose or throw out the invites/STD cards so I wanted to be sure they would have something to remind them.

Oh you'll have so much fun Kashmira shopping for dresses. Think about all the brides that want to try on dresses again after they already have theirs..

I'm courious, where did you hear that the Sheraton was being non-responsive? It's one of the places I'm considering having our ceremony and dinner and they are slow in responding but since I'm still 7 months out I'm sure it will be better as the time approches. (so I've heard)

I'm meeting with Wedding in Paradise, Rosy with Lovely weddings, and Maye C who are all Wedding coordinators. Now, I've hired WIP however do to all the problems I'm having with them I'm about 90% sure I'll be canceling my contract with them, yes I'm going to loose some money but doing so but they have put me under SO much stress that it's worth dropping them. Rosy and & are both great so far. And I'll give a full review of all three once I return from my site visit next Friday. Are you planning on having a large wedding? Are you planning on doing a legal ceremony in Cabo? The reason I ask is because if your having a small wedding, and not getting legally married in cabo then you can totally plan the wedding on your own. But since you said you work long hours, maybe you still need the extra assistance, so I think Maye or Rosy will both do well for you. Let me know if you need contact information for them.
