    Most of the resorts only have a certain number of weddings per day, most only one or two. I haven't heard anyone phrase it as a "conveyor belt wedding". As far as people's reactions to your DW, yes you will get mixed reviews but remember it is about you and your FI and what you want, if they can make it they will.

    I have to sadly say I didn't work out yesterday.. I planned on it but My FMIL damn dog took a crap in our living room and I was the luckly person to find it when I walked in the door from coming home off work. That pissed me off, then one of my dogs kept getting into stuff, so then I just said screw it and just wanted to sit down and relax.. That's my excuse anyway.. lol

    OK MY TURN, MY TURN.. (raising hand for next question) I'm trying to decide what kind of music to play for the ceremony, best dollar for the music.. What would you recommend and what price were you quoted. Flute and guitar player (I got a quote from Maye of 300.00 an hour) Marichi band Trio band IPOD, renting a speaker set up.

    You sound like my FI and I, at first we just wanted it to be just the two of us, but then we knew his Mom would throw a fit not seeing her only child get married, now were expecting about 10-12. Still small but larger then I wanted.

    No were having our ceremony on the beach at the Sheraton now. That way were not traveling all over the place on our wedding day.

    Ok girls.... I haven't even thought about music, I was thinking the sound of the ocean would drown out the music so I wasn't planning on music. Now you have me worried. Would it be weird to not have music playing? Cain and I will most likely walk down the isle together...

    The sheraton Church is really pretty, can probably hold (I'd guess) at least 80 people, but I didn't really check into it. There are a few places ocean front to have your dinner there. The good thing about all this is you don't have to stay at that resort if you don't want to. If you want to do an AI resort just transport your guests there. I fell in love with the Sheraton the second I stepped foot on their grounds.

    Just an FYI, I'm staying at Villa Del Palmar while I'm in Cabo (we purchased a timeshare there) but our ceremony and wedding dinner will be at the Sheraton (were also staying at the sheraton for our wedding night) It was only 300.00 to set up the ceremony on the beach.

    I say screw the traditions.. :-) if you want to do the old, new, borrowed, and blue things then do them your own way. We are all having a DW which is already out of tradition, these things were written up a long time ago. I'm trying to incorporate these things to things that "mean" something, which in the end is all that matters right?
