    Orchids are VERY expensive in Mexico because they have to import them in. I'm paying $165.00 for roses and C. Orchids, but thats only one stem of orchids (about 12 flowers) and a few roses tucked in to add some contrast. That flower arrangement looks pretty big (at least in the picture) so I would say it might still be a little high. Shop around a little more.

    lol, Well I'm either doing flowers (Green C. Orchids) or sea shells. Depends on if I decide on individual cakes or a small one tier.

    OMG I actually almost cried,, And i never cry.. :-) I'm so glad everything turned out well. I love the teaser pics.. I'm soooo looking forward to the rest of the pics and your review of VDP.

    Well in all honesty I was debating on having the Sherton do my hair and makeup. They won't be able to know if they can get me an early check in until the day before our wedding. That would mean check in would be 3 and I'm meeting Juan and Cain at 5 for pic's. That's only two hours. So it might be easier if the Sheraton does the Hair and Makeup. Or I can talk to Maye and see if she can talk to the Sheraton for me. This is all getting to be a huge PITA.

    That would be awesome, :-) But so far Marty, Missy and one of Cain's friends booked. One of his buddies got a DUI and has a court date set for April 9th so he won't know for sure until then if he can still attend. And we have a couple of people still trying to figure out if they can make it.

    I'm not sure if they changed their policy but there was a gate guard and you had to tell him who you were. I mean I guess I can have the person lie about it, but if they are known in Cabo you would think they would find out.

    Yeah a long time ago, when I sent out my STD's we just decided to do the invites at the same time because we knew most people couldn't attend. I made them, but they were super simple and I only mailed out like 40 of them. We plan on doing an annoucement after our wedding.

    Hmm I like the "Just Married" sign idea. I can make two one for Cain that says "Just" and mine that says "married". Cute.. And it should be pretty simple to do.. Thanks.

    I vote, leave them as it is. IMO they are perfect, people put way too much thought into invites, and if you think back how many people do you think actually keeps theirs or teh guests remembers them? Don't get me wrong I love a pretty invite, and their are so many awesome ideas on here, but I think sometimes less is more.

    So back in November the Sheraton opened a new spa. Well I just emailed Irma with the Sheraton and asked her a couple of questions, she informed me that due to the new Spa opening they changed their rules and no longer allow outsided Hair and makeup people, that it must be done at their salon. I had already booked it through Maye to have someone come to my room. UGH..

    Sorry, my mind is on 50 things at ones. Meaning for the Groom is it a Mexican Tradition for him to wear a boutonniere, or do they typically wear something else?
