Nope, Deena from Sweet Dreams made those cakes. if your having around 30 guests I can see it getting really expensive. They were $16.00 each, and in all honesty 2-3 people could have shared one cake because they were huge.. (trust me, I love cake but it was even too big for me to eat) However if you go to Deena's website she has an adorable 2 tier shellfish cake that I would have gotten if I had more guests, she quoted me $125.00 for it plus delivery (course that price could have changed now) Her website is www.sweetdreamcabo.com (I think, let me know if it doesn't work) DeCortez is a great resturant, but it's a little $$, course they may have a wedding package for you to look at. I wanted our guests to order off the menu because we only have 6 guests, but we ended up spending over 1k for our dinner and drinks for 8 people..
  2. ha ha ha those are great.. Glenda have I told you lately how much I heart you, your so funny..
  3. I used to live next to a cop, he was so funny and not your typical cop, I remember one day he came home with a big screen TV, I made a comment towards it and he proceeds to tell me he busted a guy for selling without a license, but he ended up buying the TV from the guy because he got a good deal on it.. lol..
  4. Hmm, I thought that the rate that the photographer set had all that stuff included? Maybe the photographers on the forum could chime in.
  5. Hmm do you know the name of the person they are suggesting?
  6. I know, the guys at work that sent me this video were laughing about it. I told them they are all mean and it's no wonder they are all single.. lol
  7. OH cool thanks Jason... I'll do that now.. I'm interested in what the matalic paper looks like. Going there now to order a sample.. lol
  8. Not sure if this was posted yet... I would totally kick someone's @$$ if that did that to me or one of my friends.. Gotcha: Inside The Yankee Stadium Proposal Prank - Deadspin

    Hi everyone!

welcome to the forum and happy planning
  13. Yeap.. you can "share" your pictures to your friends and family on Mpix, they can either order from them (the ones you loaded in the file) or you can order for them. The quality between Pictage and Mpix really shows in the B&W pictures..
  14. he he I just posted a response to your other post.. :-) Yes you have to have your DVD from Juan to order from Mpix. All you do is upload the phots you want to Mpix and then order away. Did you notice how much Pictage price for a 4x6 is? $10.00 is freakin crazy, I'm sorry. For the same size mine were $7.00. I was so tempted to order a few just so that I could have them but I ended up waiting and saved a lot of money. ahmm $10.00 versus .29 cents for the same picture size... That adds up quick.. Shoot you can order a 8x10 from Mpix for $1.99... Trust me you'll love their quality.

    Hello!!

Welcome to the forum. If you can give us some information we can try to help you. IE, how many people are you expecting, do you have a budget, are you looking for an AI resort, what locations are you considering? That sort of stuff. We have a very wide range of brides on here that I'm sure will be glad to help you.. Happy planning..

I got married at the Sheraton on a Tuesday in front of DeCortez, location fee was $300.00 (that of course may haved changed now) If I would have picked in front of the Pithyites (hell I'll never remember how to spell that other place, but I'm sure you know where I'm talking about) the location fee would have been $600.00. Both are great choices IMO. As far as the beach being quiet, for me it was.. Yes their were a couple of people but that was it, and to be honest with you I didn't even notice. Any beach wedding is going to have a few people on the beach but the later in the day you have your ceremony the odds are that less and less people will be on the beach. Have you contacted Irma at the Sheraton yet to talk about location fees?
  17. OMG sorry.. Did you make a police report? And your poor puppy, I hope he's doing well.
  18. What..... Tammy was pregnant? When did this happen? LOL kidding.. Tammy and Steve I wish you both the very best, I'm sure you can't stop smiling now that little Jackson is here. Give him a great big kiss from one of his now many BDW aunties...
  19. OH that's really pretty.. I don't remember what your other looked like but this looks amazing already on you.
  20. Yeah that's what I'm thinking, maybe for our one year anniversary if it's still something we both really want I'll get it then. Until then I need to put our money towards things that are more important right now.
  21. I agree Rotti's and Pit's get a bad rap because they are big and have power, but my God a poodle could be aggressive if you teach them to be.
  22. If it's a resort photographer I would probably give him a basic list to take. I regret not telling my photographer what pics I wanted. I never got a full group picture and the just groom pictures.
