  1. Maybe.. LOL Yeah I'll announce the new theme tonight as well. :-)
  2. It's true, however now a days with Myspace, people need to wonder what is really out there on them. I'll give you an example, today on our rescue site someone posted that her sister has a Boston and I guess he is 6 months old and has mange (not the bad kind) but the owner doesn't have the money to treat it so they are getting rid of the puppy, well the sister is involved with the rescue and she asked if we can take her in and treat her because her sister will put the puppy down if no one wants her. SO my DH decided to look to see if the person who works with the rescue is on myspace (he likes to put a face to a name) well come to find out she was, and she's a back yard breader, she has 7 dogs, admitted to her and her husband quiting their jobs to sell stuff on ebay, breed dogs and be a secret shopper. And that's how they purchased their house on 10 acres.. My point to all of this is people do really need to be careful what is out there on them. It's so easy now a days to find almost anything you want to know about someone... Both good and bad... If the situation above, we are rescuing the dog and then of course dropping her from our rescue. You just never know people like you think you do...
  3. Water marks are where their is writing over top of the pic's.. I think Anny has them on her photos.. I forget what they said about the pictures, they were "searching" for something bad to say, it just to be rude and it was clear they were jealous of the girls they used. We do have a BDW photobucket account, so girls can always post it in there..
  4. I remember a while back when we had another website steal some of our pictures and post them on their site and try to make fun of them. At that time we advised eveyone to put water marks on their pics.
  5. If you haven't had a chance to vote for your favorite Halloween signature picture, please send me a PM today before 5pm EST of your pick. Winner will be announced later tonight...
  6. I think it is important to give credit, but I also feel that if you own the rights on your pictures (unless you intend to sell them or something) then I think you should be free to post them as you see fit. In most cases it can bring in more work for the photographer.
  7. Congrats on your big day, hope everything turns our perfect for you.
  8. Have an awesome time Erica. You'll love Deena, she's really nice and her cakes are awesome. How long will you be gone for?
  9. ****BUMP**** Today is the last day to vote for your favorite Halloween signature Picture, If you haven't sent me a PM on who you want to vote for, please send one today.
  10. Welcome back, sounds like everything went well. Can't wait to see your pics. CONGRATS..
  11. Hmmm I don't have my wedding pictures in front of me to post, but my slideshow has a pic of ours. (it's actually the very first slide) Ours were individual cakes, buttercream frosting with choc. ganache inside (we LOVE choc).. The cake was soo yummy, however the buttercream frosting was too much suger for my taste, but most icing is. (except the cheap stuff you can buy in the stores, I could eat that by the spoon full,, lol)
  12. Welcome to the forum
  13. I agree, take it to a reputible jeweler as soon as possible. It usually doesn't take them long to tighen it up.
  14. Other then label the boxes really well and place items in the box that would all put away in the same spot. Also the day you move make sure one person says what room the boxes goes in. This will help with moving boxes around many times. I move a couple years ago, two days before Christmas and held a christmas dinner. And for the most part my house was unpacked. Course I'm super anal and wasn't pregnant so I stayed up all night getting everything done. Do you have family and friends who are helping? Maybe hire a mover to handle all the big stuff..
  15. Umm well since it's also padded, I'd say yes but nothing too dramatic.
  16. Hmm I used to have one, and I got it from VS, maybe they don't carry them anymore in their store. Have you checked online? I think mine was a gel insert for support.
  17. We'll annouce the Nov theme after this contest is up. Don't want everyone changing their sig's until everyone is finished voting..
  18. Congrats on your big day.. Now hurry back with some pics.. lol
  19. Congrats on your wedding. Hope everything goes as planned.
  20. lol, I voted barefoot. For your ceremony and most of your pics you'll be in the sand, and for dancing,,, well who wants to dance in heels when they have those bridal slipper things you can wear and are SO much more comfortable. So that is my vote.
  21. SHUT UP...... Are you serious? Is there a way we can find out?
  22. If you look at my slideshow you will see I had my train down up until the point of our dinner. It won't cause a wake in the sand, it will just glide on it. Plus it does make for some really pretter pictures of your walking on the beach hand and hand..
