Hi Toby It depends were you are having the private party. If you have it at the beach I believe the food is extra. I am having mine at the Mexican restuarant on the terrace. The terrace is outside and they close it off for you and your guests. It holds 35 comfortably so I have been told. You can have a DJ (extra $ of course!) We are just bring our IPOD and portable speaker system instead. Another place to have a private party is in the courtyard. This is nice but it looks too big we are having 30 people. Honstly the Mexican terrace looks really cute and intimate when its all set up. They hang lights and put candles all around. Hope this helps! I amy have some pics if you want to PM me Sarah Sarah

Amy I think these look great! I think it will look really good with votives around them. I dont know but you could use pink orchids aswell to add some colour. I think bigger orchids will look really good aswell! Great job! Sarah

Hey Melissa Dont take it personally, maybe she just feels weird comming. Does she know other people that are there? Maybe she would feel left out or something? Thats is really rude though and I would be kind of pissed. If she has not intentions on comming she should have just been honest in the first place. I probably would not say anything, especially if shes not that close of a friend, it just may make things awkward. I would just not invite her to anything else in the future. Her loss I am sure she is missing out on a great time! Hope this helps! Sarah
