are you serious? $1000 for the whole night is ridiculous. cabo dreams quoted me $250 for sound system and microphone for the whole night

i did this yesterday and it was really easy- i picked out the size i wanted at office max and then you use word and select the label you need a voila! super super simple!

love all the pics tammy! i think you probably wont be able to decide about the earring until the day of- when you are all dressed up- then you will know what looks best

oohh sarah take me with you when you become a "wedding coordinator/RN". iwas proud of myself- i printed our TY notes with our monogram on the front, wrote my thank you notes to my sisters with their gifts, ironed on the bags, made the labels for our wedding invites, and made the labels to affiz to our OOT bags- my poor printer is about to poop out- i will post some pics- i am happy how everything turned out!

those look great sarah! i was thinking of you today because i was doing some iron-on stuff to some canvas bags that i bought for my MOHs and my mom- i cant beleive you did so many of them- 3 bags and i was getting tired! I also finshed our welcome letters, OOT bag labels, and attempted to start tweaking the vows the officiant sent- big wedding day for me too!

we just need some more stuff- newer furnture- that couch is from college and it is gettting pretty gross. and we need to hang/buy some more art. just basic decoration stuff- but i know those things take time- and we might get some cool stuff as wedding guests- so i am being patient. i love it though! its so big and open. thanks for the kind words ladies!

i know there is enough light at cascade terrace with just the lights that dreams uses- i believe they hand two oir three extra spot lights for weddings. personally i am not worried about lighting at all- have you seen tammy (host) pic? she didnt have any extra lighting and it looked great. also- we are using both level with a space on the lower level for dancing. we are expecting 85-100 and plan on using round tables. hope that helps

oh i have been to fort walton beach- is FI in air force? there is an air force base there where my uncle was station. its so beautiful there! right by destin, right? you will love it- when do you move?

its so nice here- 82 and beautiful all the time. i got a job already but dont start for a month- so i am busy unpacking- MUCH less stress. poor matt is working his rear off but we are good- nice to be in a house we finally own! but mortagage payments will suck! oh well- part of growing up i guess- thanks for asking tammy!!!!

yea! congrats! its so nice to have THE DATE set- woo hoo. I didnt use RIU but i set up the date and locations directly with the resort and then left the room block to the TA- i paid the TA directly for our rooms because she got us cheaper prices- and then she let the hotel know- and then we were confirmed. did that answer your questions?

she told me it was 150/night for usage of the speaker and and extra 25 or so for a mic. but CLARIFY with her and get it in writing that it is a one time charge and not per hour- there was a bride on here that had a problem with that and they attempted to charge her per hour and she fortunately brought copies of all her email correspondece with mariana- anyways the bride pulled out the email where mariana says it was 145/NIGHT- and cleared up the whole thing. so just double check and get EVERYTHING in writing!
