i sort of used the ones from a magazine and made my own timeline of stuff to do- let me know if you need anything

congrats!!!! and it is never too early- i booked my date (this June) in June of last year- and start booking vendors EARLY- especially photographers because they book up fast in June- congrats and if you need ANYTHING please let me know because i am just finishing the whole process- we get married at Dreams cabo in 21 days-yea!!!!

well my bridesmaids are just my 2 sisters- i got them these big bags with their initials embroidered with a bunch of stuff in them- since it was so much stuff i mailed it to them. but i also have a small gift- tiffanys earrings- that i am giving them down there. i really spoiled my sisters! also we mailed the groomsmen their stuff too- we got them bags too- and they were too big to bring with us

we just finished doing all this stuff so here is what we planned- we are using the IPOD for EVERYTHING- the wedding and the recpetion. so i have multiple playlists titled 1. Grooms Entrance 2. bridesmaids entrance. 3. brides entrance-blah 4. recessional 5. cocktail hour 6. first dance 7. father daughter 8. mother son 9. dinner 10. cake cutting 11. recpetion- party music so we have 11 playlists- but they are numbered- which puts them in the order that they need to be played in. my best friend is going to run it. she is familar with ipods but i wanted to make it as fooproof as possible- so that way she isnt stressed about it. we arent planning on being announced either. hope this helps and wasnt too much info for ya!

its a hard decision and i was really torn too- email both the wedding coordinators at Dreams and RIU and see how reposnds fastest, seems easiset to deal with, etc- that is why i chose Dreams. it says a lot when the WC are quick to reposnd and honestly are willing to help you.

have an amazing trip- you are going to have a great time- i cant wait to see and hear all about it

also you want to consider that generally "slow season" in mexico is from may- september and you can often get lower rates at that time. we chose dreams because it is all inclusive and a little smaller than RIU. also at the time when i started plannig i could never get RIU to email me back so it made setting a date impossible- so i chose Dreams. Dreams is about 250 rooms and a little more quaint. it was exactly what i was looking for. it is about a 20 min car ride into town though- so if you are looking for something close to town RIU is much closer. PM me if you have specific questions about costs and stuff! i am happy to help you.

i was at dilalrds the other day and they have A LOT of prom gowns that look very bridal for under $50- you should really go look there
