  1. I chose Cabo Surf Hotel for the following reasons:

    • I wanted an intimate boutique hotel feel for our event, not a large chain atmosphere.
    • I wanted a venue that would host only my wedding on our day.
    • I love the San Jose del Cabo/Corridor area & wanted to stay away from down town Cabo.
    • The location of Cabo Surf is great for surfing, chilling out and spending time with family & friends.
    • I liked the look of the events held at Cabo Surf - fun, relaxed, great atmoshphere.
  2. Yay for the new arcade games! I love the casino style games...mostly because I can leave my window open & go back to them to break up my work day. And, some of them require relatively zero brain power - just the ability to click the mouse!! Hahaha! Thanks TAmmy for making my day more jolly woot.gif

Some places do accept the vouchers for groups Tammy - unfortunately not the one I'm using! Da Giorgio, for instance, accepted vouchers for a small wedding reception (read about it on client comment page in the voucher section of loscabosguide.com). I still think this is a valuable resource for other activities & non-wedding events.
  4. Just to clarify, I found out that Baja Cantina will not accept these vouchers for group events. Also, there are not any vouchers currently available for Baja Cantina.

However, I have heard of people having great savings and experiences using the vouchers as individuals/couples. Just make sure Puerta Vieja will accept vouchers for your event.

I love it Natasha! This is truely a component of a great marriage that you are working on here. It's not the tangibles that matter, especially to family. It's the moments and memories spent together, the strengthening of relationships, the forming of new relationships amongst the families. BEAUTIFUL! Way to remember what's important.

She is trying to charge us $650 for a bonfire and tiki torches on top of the dinner/bar costs which I think is ludicrous! Beware of this added fee!

    Thanks,
    Angela,
I think you & I corresponded about this issue in recent history. I did inquire w/my coordinator & I am not being assessed a fee for the mini-bonfire's. I am paying as follows:

    REHEARSAL DINNER AT BAJA CANTINA
    Taco bar $21 pp
OPEN DOMESTIC BAR 2 HOURS $25ppBar
    15% WAITERS SERVICE
    10% TAX
  7. Oh god...deal or deal! I just saw that posting. When I was addicted to watching the show, I went on the NBC website & played their version of the online game. Must not follow Tammy's link!!

Unfortunately I must harness my energy into some crappy meetings this morning. I get to be the point person for an audit I know nothing about at 10am. Super!
